I have been coming to 9Rounds for awhile now and I love it! The trainers are always kind and always remember my name. I feel welcomed and encouraged with every workout. The workouts are strategically planned and they always kick my butt!

The coaches and staff are extremely motivating and welcoming. The workouts are challenging and never boring. In addition, there are early morning and late evening classes to choose from.

The trainers here are always so positive and upbeat, and even take the time to recognize when I'm improving my skills! I have a bad knee and I never feel judged when I ask for a workout modification--it's never been an issue and the work-arounds still give me a great workout. I'm so glad I thought to try this place, it's awesome!

Keba is amazing with communicating especially during the Covid-19 shut down. The trainers are awesome! It’s especially fun when you get to challenge a new trainer during the trainer led drill round!! I always leave feeling awesome! Thank you!

I have been working out here for 3 years and I still get excited to go in for my workouts! I’ve been to other 9Round locations (sadly bc I moved away for a year) and I can say there is something special about the Natomas location. The trainers here are friendly, but they also know what they’re doing and will challenge you. Keba is amazing, she takes the time to get to know her members and to make sure they’re happy. It’s so much easier for me to push myself to lift heavier or punch harder knowing I only have to do it for 3 minutes at a time ?. I get a much better workout in 30 minutes here than I would if I was left to my own devices in a regular gym. I can’t say enough good things about my favorite gym!

I’ll never go back to a traditional gym setting. Since I joined 9round over 2 1/2 years ago this has been my go to and is the best workout I’ve ever experienced. Hard work + commitment = results?

Such a great and encouraging environment. The trainers are very friendly and always available to help. I never knew I would love doing kickboxing but this place makes me feel like like family and helping me to reach my goal of being fit and healthy. Definitely recommend trying it out even if you’re not into boxing. You might change your mind. :)
