Hello to whom it may concern, and anyone else that may benefit from this post. I was previously employed by Gardiner Kemsley for several years. I started when his shop was on Kani Ave. in Citrus Heights Ca. Gardiner was and still is very knowledgeable in automotive repair, however, his business skills, and his Employer/Employee, and customer service......Is?....well, Deceitful, Capricious, Narcissistic, and shows ZERO Empathy towards anyone! Any reputable automotive shop, not even the major car dealerships, would ever ask or have you pre-pay for services and or repairs before the completed work or diagnosis. This is what All Automotive service will try to do with some customers. As with myself, I was very rarely paid on time, or only paid maybe half of my paycheck every 2 weeks. He usually says he is sick, waiting for parts or whatever his excuse is for that day. I actually have recently had his current customers call my personal phone, and ask me how they can get there car back, or if I have seen him....WOW...This is not how a person should run a business and treat customers.

Gardiner is the best, brought several projects to him along with regular maintenance for my work vehicle his experience in racing and daily maintenance is unsurpassed he built me a 540 with 850 horsepower my little Hellcat killer plus he built me a street sleeper 66 Chevelle 4-door. He has been able to figure out some very complicated issues with my vehicles I can't say enough good about the guy thanks for everything that you've done for me

My 1970 Chevelle was towed into All Automotive not running at all after being worked on by two local mechanics. Gardner is an amazing, detailed mechanic. I spent 24 years in the auto industry and I highly recommend Gardner and All Automotive.Service: Engine repair

Could have been charged far more for the work done, but gave a very reasonable price and finished the work earlier than expected. Will reccomend to anyone needing work done.

Do you want your car fixed for a fair price? Come here. Both Michael and Gardiner are beyond knowledgeable about vehicles. I have been here half a dozen times. Never dissapointed. Always taken care of, never taken advantage of I will not take my vehicle elsewhere. I have nothing but positive things to say about these guys. They respect you, your money, and the integrity of your vehicle. Nobody wants to spend money fixing their vehicle, but if you do, I can not recommend a better place. Thank you Michael and Gardiner, you are two great people.
