No communication. A few months ago roughly 2-3 months, i Took my jeep here to get new steering parts installed that I purchased and an alignment, being a mechanic I was unable to perform these repairs my self due to a recent back injury. After 2 days it was done everything was perfect until I drove it. Really bad wandering unable to keep my vehicle straight on the road. I asked if they could take another look at it and see if there’s something they missed during the install and to just double check their work. I work at a dealership and I understand mistakes happen. I was not upset at this time. They said they’d be happy to look again. A day or 2 later I was told they couldn’t find the issue and it was ready for pickup. No big deal things happen I understand now a little confused as to why they couldn’t find the issue upon picking up my jeep I noticed that my steering wheel was off center and my alignment was worse than when I picked it up the first time. I asked the reasoning and they said they told me their alignment machine was down at this time and was unable to perform it again after checking their work and my track bar was messed with and axle was off center which shouldn’t have been touched to begin basically saying that I’m expected to drive home on really bad alignment with a vehicle that will not drive straight and is dangerous to drive home to the point I actually called a tow truck to pick up my vehicle. They also stated at one point my tie rods needed to be replaced, I already agreed for the replacement but relayed to them I need them removed and in my hands as i have a warranty on them with a parts store and I cannot bring new ones to be installed unless I have the old for a warranty swap. Few more days go by and my jeep is so called “done”. This is now the third time my jeep is “done” and it’s worse than when I brought it to them with one tire being at a 45° angle outwards and the other 10° outwards. Being a mechanic myself I deciding to start checking things. The Tie rod castle nuts were not torqued to spec only hand tight nor were my ball joints or pitman arm torqued. ( I was expected to drive my vehicle home like this)As well as my new steering box/system was not bled properly and had too much air in the system. Once I repaired this shops mistakes my jeep drives absolutely perfect and I did an alignment with a tape measure on the floor to get it as close as possible without an alignment machine which a technician should no how to do. Very unhappy with them after being a customer for a few years. Also. No printouts of alignment before and after pictures the first time the alignment was done. The worst communication I’ve every encountered in my life and I had better luck talking to a dog. Very unhappy.
Update*, I did not say to not BLEED THE STEERING SYSTEM. The system needs to be bled 🤦🏼♂️. Had you adjusted the steering box I would have been out $900 as it would’ve voided the warranty in the event the box was defective or something else happened. Hence why I said do not adjust the steering box. You cannot install a steering box and not bleed the system and give it back to the customer in an unsafe condition which is exactly what I got. Nothing was torqued to specifications anll of my steering component were loose I also stated that the tie rods would take me an hour to receive once I swapped them out but I cannot do that unless they are removed which was explained to you numerous times and yet not action was taken. I did not decline any repairs. Once again. Poor communication. Everything was misunderstood once again.

DON'T COME HERE. My man took his jeep here. They didn't properly align the tired the first time after doing the work so the jeep wandered badly, took it back. They couldn't find anything wrong so we came to pick it up. When we got there they messed with parts they shouldn't have. The axles wasn't centered, his tires showed just how bad. We left it there, told them and asked why. They fixed it, came to pick it up for a THIRD time. Axel is aligned but they messed up the alignment again. Stearing wheel is so off centered.

First time buyer here, four tires and alignment. Manny and his team are friendly, fast and efficient. And honest! I overpaid by $100 and would have never known had Manny not brought it to my attention. That’s good business. They went above and beyond and made a rubbing issue less extreme. Definitely recommend

I was used to this location being World Auto Tint but new management has taken over and changed the name which I believe makes this business even better than before because they offer more services. Rim repair, mechanical repairs/services, sell tires and rims, and some cosmetic repairs too.I got my car serviced today for cosmetic damage to my left rear rim and left rear side bumper. They touched up my rim without needing to do a full rim repair which cost me even less than what I would've paid for an unnecessary rim repair (sanding down, paint, etc). I was helped by Manny, who I believe is the owner and manages this business. They were very quick to clean up the damage since it's was minimal and it only took roughly 30 minutes. And it cost me barely anything versus going to any other auto shop! I greatly appreciate Manny for helping me out same day and taking the time and care into my concerns about my vehicle. I do greatly recommend this business for any mechanical needs and even some cosmetic needs to your vehicle too. No complaints here and I'll be doing business with them in the future if need be.

I needed 4 new run flats for my BMW. Sent out a service request through Yelp and response time was very quick and provided me with all information I needed to make a decision. Price quotes were great and reasonable. Service was completed within a couple hours which I appreciated since I was expecting it to be a longer wait time. Will definitely go here again for my tire needs.

Brought my truck in for a level and alignment. After all was done, drove home and my axle boot was ripped. Called the shop, and they told me to bring it back with no issues and didn’t make it hard. they installed the axle for me with no labor, just had to purchase the axle myself. They stayed late to get the axle done. So far a great shop!
