Purchased an item online. Didnt even open the package because I didnt want it anymore. Went through the return process online where it gave me an option to return it in store. Came to this store to return the item. Elma refused the return saying she couldnt resell the item because its an online item only and she would have to eat up the cost so I would have to return the item online. Bad customer service. Go to a different location to make your purchases and returns where they offer better customer service. Not a customer issue to help stores meet sales quotas.

Alot of locations are closing but not this one. Clean and neat products. Found cheap curtains on sale.

The customer service at this location is awful. I went in to get a garbage bin and the person at the front huffed at me when I expressed that there were no prices anywhere. They ended up telling me that the display with the price was "gone". No help with finding the right bags, no help carrying the box which was rather cumbersome. Definitely not going to come back to this store.

Bought an item on the 10th of April. they were supposed to email receipt they never did. when I went to return the item they did not accept return. They state their return policy is 60 days . I returned 2 weeks later. Don't trust this company to email you a receipt. staff at store rude and unhelpful. Alma the manager should look for a new job. No people skills.

Listen folks we've all been to Bed Bath& Beyond but I like catching there sales. Best way is to get there credit card and they will send you updates and discounts on your next purchase.

I drove an hour away to buy a Nespresso from this store using curbside pickup. Upon opening the box, I realize I purchased a Nespresso that was previously returned. The machine has water stains on it, aeroccino is missing, random plastic bags are in the box, and the box of Nespresso pods is missing from the box. So disappointing. Thanks Bed Bath & Beyond!

I bought items here. Had them sent somewhere else. Got to the place sent to. I am missing three items. Whatever you do do not call and ask what happened to the missing item. I spent 20 min. Put on hold disconnected. Called back. Spent 44min. Having her repeat the stuff I did reseave at least 10 times. I would think your order would pop up on their screen altogether. It does not. I hung up and am going to eat it and kiss what I order goodbye. FRUSTRATING.

Worst location I have ever been to. Manager was rude, disrespectful and didn’t know how to handle her emotions. This location needs a makeover in the customer service department.

Lots of selections and always nice when there is a 20% off coupon. Sign up for the newsletter on you email and you will be sent one, as well as other coupons every once in awhile. The store is clean and well stocked. Despite the current situation regarding the labor market, the staff are friendly and helpful. I was able to find everything I was looking for (and more).
