This boutique is small and intimate. I really liked how they have every dress individually bagged so the dresses are not all squished together. The employees were very knowledgeable, caring and kind! The selection was great.

This place is the worst in customer service, they treat you as if you as a person or customer did not exist, I ordered a dress and the color was different from the one I ordered and what do you think they did not want to make me a new order and return it rather they made me pay for it and Order another one. Of course I went to another place where they treat you as a person.

I traveled 2 hours on the road with the hope of buying some 15 year old dress. The staff treated us very badly, they are not friendly, they are rude and the worst thing is that they are employees and the owners feel very bad. I will not return even for the change?

Carolina Boutique was the best experience for my daughter and I for her Quince dress.They were Fast, Respectful and very helpful. They made my daughter feel like a princess in her Quince dress. I would definitely come back again in the future.

Great customer service!Very honest and helpful.We purchased a dress from them that did not meet the expectations or need for our event so the said” no worries, I will place it in the rack and it and when it sells I will call you so you can come and pick up money” nearly a year went by and we did hear back from the store so we stopped by. She was honest and said “ yes, the dress did sell, we tried reaching you and no answer nor call back “ she returned our money in full with no hesitations. She remember exactly who we were and the situation and that me speaks volume… Very honest team, they work great together and always have your best interest, with 100 percent honesty and dedication . thanks!

They tried to do me dirty i bought some items for my daughters Quinceanera paid credit card full amount. Later come back to pick up the item they were charging me additional then afterwards pick up the hoop petticoat that goes under the dress they are all torn then try to charge you for it and argue with you saying it was not like that. FYI take pictures of the damage items because they will try to get over you take pictures before taking it save your self a head ache. We cant respond back to comment of yours but. All your petticoats are ripped and you know it thats why you were searching for one that was not torn. But regarding the crown you saw my bank account of paying it in full. So dont try to make it seem like I am the dirty one here because am not and dont do dirty buisness. You seen with your own eyes that it charged the full amount on my bank account. So have a good day and god bless you.

Super cordial and helpful people. Their customer service is extremely good and the place feels inviting. They are very willing to help out with finding the right dress for your needs and orders arrive pretty fast!

I love this store and their staff, I was looking for a dress last year. I had recent breast reduction surgery and so fitting and underwire was an issue. I tried several dresses on, as I had to wait about two weeks out because of healing. I knew I wanted a certain style and color. I didn’t find exactly what I wanted but the owner said “ how about the mannequin dress. I loved it yet wasn’t sureI tried it on and was perfect fit, best of all I could wear my special bra with it still. I’m getting ready to go back for this years Ball. I highly recommend this store, staff and products. I shared them with my friends and one got her dress too. You can buy off the rack or order anything and have in about 7-10 days. There are many styles and colors available ?????
