Called in for my audi sq5 2020 to do front and rear pads by brembo that i already sourced and paid for so i came for just labor and i was quoted 750$ and called around other euro auto shops and was only quoted 350$ i also call audi themselves and was quoted 560$. When i asked why the are charging so much he said its because they need a special brake cleaner and lube for the brembo which only cost less the 20$ each then told me their current hourly rate is 178$ a hour dont be ripped off people this was obviously a red flag! He doesn't overcharge and considers the concern before giving an estimate. Anthony his lead mechanic is awesome with a positive attitude, knowledgeable and attentive. I have taken my 2001 Porche there and only there outside manufacturer warranty expiration and any issue has been always detected without repeat service. I am blessed! Thanks! J

I've been taking my BMWs here since sometime around 2001. Paul is very knowledgeable and completely trustworthy. He's kept my cars in tiptop shape (the last three have all gone 220 - 250K mile), and if you know BMWs, you know that proper maintenance is crucial to keeping these cars reliable. One quick anecdote from years ago: I took my car in because it was making a loud ticking noise and I was afraid a valve was going. When I told him what was going on, he opened the hood and had me start it up Within about three seconds, he said, "Loose spark plug, probably #6. Go home and tighten it up. And you might want to invest in a torque wrench." If he'd wanted to, he could have soaked me for a $2000 valve job and I'd have been none the wiser.

Extremely rude and threatening owner. Threw me off his property when i was performing routine work in the sidewalk adjacent to the property, threatened me and said he’d have me towed. Didn’t need to be vulgar and threatening. Could have asked nicely. Be wary of this guys short temper.

i have taken both a Mercedes and BMW convertibles to Paul for well over 15 years...He has been terrific. Always honest, and gets the job done quickly for very reasonable cost. I highly recommend him and European Sports Cars Repair on 16th Street, downtown Sacramento.

Spoke with a character name d Paul. Spoke with him a couple of hours ago and he said to come in. On my way to come in I called him again. He then told me he was going to lunch and his mechanics were at lunch from 12:00- 1.l and to call him @ 1:30. I called. He stated, and I quote ' I have 2 customers on line and 1 standing infront of me. I need to take care of them first. Call me back in an hour'. It's 2:05 on the afternoon. Why would I wait to call someone an hour later when I could have my Audi looked at. Not only was Paul rude, but dismissive. From just speaking to him on the phone I clearly got the impression that he doesn't need the business nor my money. Absolutely horrible customer service. I then read the reviews and sure enough I was right. So to make sure I felt ok I called Kineisels and they stated that at one time they dealt with this company and that this Paul was abrasive. I felt that too. So in closing, no I will not be going to this shop now nor in the future. Paul is definitely in need of sone customer service training and relations. Not good at all. AVOID!!!
