Nick and Anna are the best, they always take the best care of my car and do it for a great price. Just recently I had another auto shop try to charge me $7k (tried to charge me for a part that was not needed). The team at Fort Sutter was able to fix my issue parts and labor included for $2.4k. I mean you really can’t beat their level of service!

I took my Acura down to Nick and let's just say the price was right and the work is amazing . Nick has my business till I stop driving cars . Thank you Nick and Anna . You can't beat the service and trust you get from Fort Sutter Automotive. I recommend Fort Sutter Auto to all my friends and family. The whole crew is knowledgeable and will take care of your mechanical needs no matter how big or small the repair job is. It's hard to find a trustworthy mechanic but I guarantee you won't feel that way dealing with Nick and the crew.

My daughter's car had the check engine light on. Fort Sutter Automotive reached out to me within an hour of dropping off the vehicle, explained what needed to be done, and fixed the car the same day. I will definitely be referring friends and family to them!

Great value and quick work.I'm a complete beginner when it comes to small repairs on my car, I just watch YouTube for instructions to see if it seems doable. I spent hours replacing my own headlight bulbs. I successfully replaced the driver's side bulb, but had to throw in the towel on the passenger side, which was a bit more difficult and required more things to be moved.Around 2pm I called and asked for an estimate. The labor was quite literally 1/5 the price of the place I called first. I asked if they could fit me in today, and they told me since it was a small job and I could be there in 5min, they found someone willing to stay and fix it before leaving.Since I was invested (I'd spent all day on it), I asked if I could watch. The mechanic was super supportive of me trying to understand my car. What I learned was that (1) the mechanic was knowledgeable and did the work with enthusiasm, and (2) I will not be skilled enough to replace the passenger-side bulb myself any time soon.Great experience, and I would go again for small jobs; I know they will not rip me off for something simple (or rather, simple to them!).

Easy to schedule, seems like a solid setup, and close to home. Nothing to complain about for the oil change we needed.

I bring my fleet vehicles here on the regular for everything from nails in my tires, oil changes, air conditioning problems and more. Every time the experience is hassle free and very easy I never get the upsale like other shops that I have used in the past try. The price is fair and the work is very good. To date I have not had issues with any of the repairs on my fleet vehicles.

Nick and his team are the best. For one, when they give an estimate, they always meet or beat it. If they find the job is more complicated than they first thought, they call and make sure they can proceed. Once they fix something, it stays fixed. Also great for used car inspections before buying. They don't give me the run around and are always friendly. They do great work.

I left my car at this shop on Monday and picked it up today. I'm pretty sure they gave me a different car back because it runs so good. I am very happy that I found this shop after reading the reviews, all talk about honesty, fair prices and small business, very important to consider when you need your car repaired. They are a family owned and operated shop, and they give you 5 star service. The Ofc mgr Anna stayed in contact with me and kept me updated, the communication was excellent. The prices are very good and I was so grateful for that as my van needed several things done to it. Everything I talked about to them is repaired, and my van runs like a dream.
