Filled out the credit app online and called to discuss which vehicle I was looking at online, they informed me they were submitting my application to the bank and I would hear from them in an hour. I waited a couple hours and called back and they had not submitted my application yet, again informed me they would submit at that time. This went on for over 7 hours. Very unprofessional and their unwillingness for customer service is baffling. Will never do business here.

If you are in search of a car this place is amazing they had reasonable prizes and great customer service a few days after I got my car I had the engine light come on and it was not much of an issue but I came in explained what was going on and not only did they replace the part they went above and beyond and changed all 4 of my tires because one of them was bad. SHADI was the guy who helped me out of you have any questions ask him he really helped me out I would be recommending this place to anyone in need of a car.
