Gorgeous center. I love their yoga studio. Staff are beyond friendly and very knowledgeable. Variety of classes and platforms. Such a peaceful welcoming environment.

Taken two classes here so far and I love the meditation teachings! They offer meditation and yoga classes and have a website with all that they offer. The meditation instructors are very knowledgeable. Location is very peaceful and serene.

I am from NJ and take online classes through the center. The instructors are excellent and the classes offer a great way to relax and unwind. It is a wonderful community.
All meditation classes are held in-person
at our Meditation Center location - 7225 Lincoln Ave. Carmichael. Virtual Classes via Zoom are available by request. Please contact us if you'd like to schedule a virtual class.
