I’ve had my windshield replaced at three other shops in Sacramento before, and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had - everything was in stock and they offered a same day service but I opted to come in the next morning. I called around for quotes, and this location not only had the best price for the Honda Accord I needed a windshield replaced for but also provided outstanding customer service—everyone was polite and professional. Four other places I called for a quote had to grab a manager or I was speaking to the manager and they had to price match to get near what this business quoted me on my very first call. I dropped my car off on a Saturday right at opening (8:30), went to grab breakfast with my dad, and before we even got our food I got the call that my car was already finished! The speed, quality, and price can’t be beat. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to friends and family, and it’s now my go-to for any windshield work.

Recently, I had my windshield replaced for my VW Jetta 2024 at this shop. However, after the replacement, my car started showing constant error messages. The issue turned out to be an improper calibration. This was not just a warning light—it posed a serious risk to driving safety.
I formally notified the shop in writing that if they did not take responsibility, I would pursue legal action. After this, the shop admitted their mistake, apologized, and agreed to cover the $250 cost for the calibration to be done properly at an official Volkswagen service center.
In the end, the problem was resolved, but I want to emphasize this: the shop clearly does not have the knowledge, experience, or proper equipment to perform such critical and safety-related work. For that reason, I strongly recommend being cautious before choosing them for similar services.

Best place to take your car to if you need it windshield replacement. I took my husbands 2018 Ford 150 and my 2023 Kia Sportage since we both had severely cracked windshields. amazing service, fast, very affordable, guaranteed work .. you can’t beat it!

This place is awesome. I called and got an appointment to replace my windshield. Mr. Simner was very helpful and explained the process. Few recommendations, a vending machine would be ideal onsite. Today was over 100 degrees. Thank you

This place did a great job and installed the trim pieces along the windshield just as I requested. Very friendly and the whole job took less than the 45 min they estimated. Nice that they have an air conditioned waiting room. Will def be going here for all of my future windshields. They were also the cheapest out of the 6 places I called.

Worst service I've ever had! First I pick the vehicle up get not even a mile down the road to notice a bubble in my view! Bring it back they fix it the next day but afterwards I noticed there's broken glass everywhere inside and out of the car! No big issue until I notice the top weather stripping isn't installed anymore with paint chipped line staring to rust. The bottom weather stripping with a huge slice in it. They won't fix it.
