Great customer service and very responsive. In the beginning when I inquired about the wraps color they offered for a client, they were very helpful in finding the color they want. They even provide several options of different colors that they might be interested in. They did a fantastic job on the wrap job! 200% satisfaction ❤️

Might not be the best tint shop in town but their customer service is A1. I went in to get my two front windows tinted and they took about half a day. When I picked up the car the windows had bubbles on them which is sometimes normal because the sun takes care of them over time. Unfortunately the bubbles just got smaller but never disappeared and upon inspection there was debris between the film and window. When I called back to let them know they rescheduled me about two weeks out instead of fixing it right away. Dropped the car off the second time and they explained to me that they do the work outside so it’s pretty common and hard to control. Got the car back in an hour and they only re-did the passenger side window but both windows still have debris between the film. Learned my lesson, so now I will be going across town to my previous tint shop as this nearby one didn’t do it for me. Price was $120 for two windows which is about the average currently. They should stick to wrapping cars only as the tinting is below standard.

Edit: These folks took care of us. They went above and beyond and painted our roof after the two wraps before didn't last. The paint job wasnt superb, but we really do appreciate them really taking care of business.

I would like to thank The team at Northside window tinting and car wraps for doing an amazing job on my car, they tinted all my windows and provided a sun guard for front windshield and wrapped the front of the car( bumper, hood, fairing, and mirror, windshield pillars, door guards and trunk guards) in PPF(Paint Protection Film). They are very knowledgeable and thorough in their trade from window tinting and PPF. The quality of the product they use is top notch they explained everything from A to Z and provided a lot of tip and trick of the trade. Best workmanship in town and best price in town hands down!

The people who work at this establishment are great people, but they don't tend to keep their word or stay professional. Professionalism is my most important key when it comes to local businesses. I came in to get my first window tint on my brand new 2023 Tesla. Looked great. I didn't check for any burns or some sorts. But after 5 days the back tint started bubbling. Fortunately they fixed it free of charge but they offered me sun shades for my front windshield the next time I came in. I came in today because my right passenger side window started making crumbling noises. Also I had a small chip on the drivers side "due to seatbelts" but the part where it chipped is inside the door side panel so the seatbelts can't hit the window. Ray who I spoke told me I could come in and I told him I will get a friend to pick me up. It would've been professional of him to tell me he didn't need to take the car in for the day so I wouldnt have to tell my friend to come out his way to pick me up. They only offered to fix the chip on my drivers side if I got my windshield tinted . Oh haha also the 2nd redone on the back window has air bubbles again. Cool, I get it. you guys need to make your money. That's fine but if you want a business to grow more and last forever. Ownership is very important and staying by your word with customers is key. They offered lifetime warranty but I don't feel like I'm receiving life time quality. I always have to come back and get it redoIf you don't provide great customer service you won't grow anymore than you expect it to be. All love at the end of the day. I know the trade. But I don't recommend coming here for any tints because it seems like they don't last more than a week haha of daily driving. The price was close to 350$. You should definitely see what other options and choices you have before coming here.

Great place! The Northside window team is awesome and does everything they can to accommodate your situation I go there for the QUALITY not the QUANTITY! Honestly way better and way more reasonable than other tiny places Ive called! I love the enhancement to my new car! ??

NorthSide Tint TeamFound this place on google so far I’ve tinted2 of my cars and the quality is phenomenal! I have no bubbles in my tint no pilling, regardless of the weather, They have reasonable prices, very good work ethics !! Very professional I would refer NorthSide Tint annd audio to this place, not even to mention they have a life time warranty on the work that they do. This is Top of the line shop!

I highly recommend this shop. Great customer service and quality work. I got a Headlight and taillight tint service done on my Mercedes and they did an amazing job. Called last minute and they took me in right away. Reasonable pricing.
