Sold a 2018 EV to them after purchasing a replacement at another dealership. They didn't care and still gave me top dollar. I listed the car on the KBB site to find its value. I thought it to be a little low so made a counteroffer and Future accepted it. They handled all the paperwork and DMV and cut me a check. It was painless and they accepted my counter even though other dealers would not. Great people to deal with.

We had the best car buying experience ever here. Our salesman, James Slan, was the best and listened to our wants and needs and worked with everything effortlessly. Our Finance Manager, Tony Lozano, was the absolute best and stayed late to get us out the door with our new family car. I will never buy from any other dealership again than Future Chevy! Imagine a dealership owing you $50,000 and not paying for over a week. Well, this is what's happening now. We agreed to get a check to me at a later date, because their finance office was closed at 5PM. So, the deal was to have a check ready for me on Friday, because I left town for work, and this was shown on the paperwork. I show up on Friday to no check, and then saying that they accidently mailed a check, even through I asked them not to. So, Saturday comes and I ask where my check is because they told me on Friday that it was mailed and should be here today. Long story short, still no check, no tracking was available for said shipment of check that was "overnighted" which was not true because I get notifications of every shipment going to my house from all companies. So, now I have no idea where my check is or when I'll get it but the dealership doesn't seem to care at all. Absolutely garbage of a dealership. I wouldn't treat anyone like this but apparently this is how they do business. I was warned about them, but I figured it's 2024 and no one would be doing business like this... I was wrong. Beware of these guys and their shady business. I'll be filing a BBB complaint as well.

I took my truck here for a warranty repair. It was making a loud clunking in the rear end (from the leaf springs I found out later). I went for a ride along with a mechanic. He told me that the clunking was due to the fact that I had an open differential (!) - which the more you understand vehicles, the more insane it seems. I've owned vehicles with open differentials my entire life and this never was an issue.
I ended up taking it to Hoblit GMC in Colusa and they repaired my truck under warranty. No issues. It needed a new leaf spring which they installed immediately.
Stay away - if you want your repairs to be covered under warranty!!! At best they are incompetent. At worst unethical.

I lam profoundly impressed at Trevor's friendly greeting of me as if I am a regular customer. Traditionally, I only visited twice a year.
In addition, as this was a visit necessitated by a recall, I did not expect a car wash. That was appreciated.
A small bone of contention, your recall system requires 2 visits. I would have preferred to know about the need for two visits before the first visit.
