The food here is awesome! Lots of veggies in your spring rolls and it's healthy for you. Customers service is okay... nothing spectacular. My favorite spring roll from the rest is the number 2 & 4 the pork and shrimp, it's the bomb! You won't be disappointed eating here, definitely recommend this place if you haven't try it yet!

Visiting from the bay -we ordered 40 nem nuong and it was delicious! They gave us a generous amount of dipping sauce which was super crucial. Wish we had this in the bay! I'd go back if I was in the area.

They make the best SPRING ROLL in town. We usually get spring rolls if we're having potluck or just eating out with friends. I tell you It's addicting. If you're craving for some, this is the best place to get them!!

Got their signature spring rolls to go. The bbq pork combined with fried egg roll paper give these rolls crunch and flavor. Their peanut sauce is good but too thick for me. On the bright side, this place is always consistent.

I honestly did not get to take pictures because I devoured everything!
I got #13, #12, #2, #21, #48!
Everything was delicious from the Banh bot loc, to the nem nuong to the grill pork! I would order food again! Also they give a lot of veggies for the banh xeo!

My go-to spot for their legendary spring rolls. I've been here many times for other items but what stands out the most is their house special rolls made with charbroiled ground pork. I'm sure many other Yelp elites or members of the community can agree. The dining area is pretty small but they are usually packed, pre-covid. Ingredients here taste fresh and the rolls have a nice crunch to it.

I did a road trip up north and stopped by Sacramento on the way home for a couple of hours. It was my first time in Sacramento so I pulled up a couple of youtube videos to see which restaurants were recommended. Based on the recommendations from the youtube video, we ended up in a town with a lot of Asian restaurants. Once in the area, I yelped some restaurants, and this one had the best reviews by far. We decided to go with it, and IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT. We ordered a half portion of the #1 and a half portion of their spring rolls. Roughly came out to around $20. Portions are generous!! I live very close to Brodards in Garden Grove, Orange County, and these spring rolls were probably the closest to that I've had. I've never had something like the #1 or even seen it, so it was very enjoyable to try something new. It was delicious!! Quality is great. If I ever find something like this in OC, I would be very pleased :)

Best stop we've made the entire trip! On our way back to the Bay from Tahoe, we stopped by here for a late lunch/early dinner on a Thursday afternoon. The location is a bit sketch but that's where all the best home cooked meals are. Plenty of homeless folks walking/biking around here... we parked our car in a shade in the corner and saw a homeless guy tweaking in the back corner... I was in the car alone at a point so had to move it to be closer to the restaurant. Be aware of your surroundings if you are parking alone here.
We were craving Brodard type of rolls, and this place really hit the spot. I would say its comparable to Brodard and the prices are affordable. We ordered 2 sets of the Nem Nuong Cuon (spring roll with sausage and crispy rolls), Banh Beo (rice/tapioca flour topped with dried shrimp and crispy onions or garlic, couldn't tell), and Banh Loc (clear tapioca filled with pork belly and shrimp). Everything incl tax came out to $33. Nem Nuong Cuon came with 4 rolls per order, so we got a total of 8 pieces. They were VERY good, filled with good portions of warm sausage and crispy rolls. They also added the pickled carrots/daikon in the rolls. They provided us 3 fat containers of the roll dipping sauces (which we couldn't finish), and 2 containers of the fish sauce. The fish sauce was okay, a bit sweet. I prefer adding more lemon/lime juice in the sauce to make it a bit more citrusy. They gave us like 6-8 containers of the chili sauce, really spicy. For me I considered it medium spice (I eat Thai spice level foods) but it was too spicy for my fiance who I think can tolerate spice pretty well. The banh beo was pretty good, it was warm and came with plenty in a container. My favorite was the nem nuong cuon rolls, I would love to come back here to try their other rolls. Tasted like authentic homemade foods for a good price.
Would drop by here the next time we pass by Sacramento!

We were going to a birthday party of course social distancing question! We wanted to bring an appetizer and we ordered the Spring Rolls! We went in at noon to pre-order and prepay to pick up at 5 PM! It was ready when we arrived!I've always ordered #two the house special, ground pork but my son recommended us to get #six the grilled chicken and I love grilled pork in a Vietnamese restaurant so we ordered #seven which was grilled pork spring rolls! I still like #two the best but I'm glad we tried #six and #seven! We asked them to cut them in half because they're such a huge spring rolls! They gave us plenty of sauce and chili sauce!Excellent appetizers to share and we brought their business card to show where we bought the spring rolls, too!

Excellent food and service. They are currently doing takeout and have an excellent system setup to serve patrons. I recommend literally anything on their menu.. I dined in several months prior to COVID-19 and had a great experience. Last week I ordered the BBQ pork spring rolls. Definitely recommend! Lovely flavor and crunch.

Love this spot for nem nuong. Quick and easy meal whenever I have a chance passing by Sacramento. It's comparable to brodard down south California.

Just googled spring rolls in Sacramento and this place popped up!!!! Absolutely amazing my first time ever going in me and my boyfriend enjoyed our food everyone was so polite and friendly and the food was so fresh!!!! They give you so much food we got our food during lunchtime and literally still have food left over for dinner, Definitely will be back once COVID-19 is over so the whole family can dine in and enjoy it.

I keep coming back for their spring rolls. It's very delicious. I didn't know that one order, you get 4 spring rolls. So I ordered 2 spring rolls and had that for my last two meals wish they had peanut sauce. Not a big fan of their special sauce but it was still delicious and everyone else that had one loved the sauce. A bit on the price it side. 2 orders of spring rolls for $17 something.

Whenever I'm in Sac I have to stop by here to get an order of the nem nuong rolls! They're literally the best rolls I've ever had. The rolls are stuffed with the pork roll, mint, basil, lettuce, vermicelli, and A FRIED ROLL. I'm not really sure what the sauce they're served with is/ what it's called, but it's served warm and has a mild flavor but dipping the rolls into them make them so much better. It also comes with a chili sauce, which is pretty darn spicy, would recommend mixing that in with the other sauce if you wanna add a kick just to dilute it down a bit. Each order comes with 4 rolls, but their rolls are pretty big so 2 fill me up pretty quickly so I can save the other 2 for another meal.Only thing I don't like is that their takeout containers are styrofoam. But highly recommend stopping by and trying their spring rolls, you won't regret it!!

I've never tried grilled pork spring rolls before, but I'm so glad that I discovered them! I really like that it's extremely flavorful and that there's a crunchy roll in it to provide a different texture. At $7.95 for 4 rolls, it's relatively inexpensive for what you get. You can also get a platter of the individual ingredients and wrap them yourself for $9.95. I prefer getting these without mint and they're always able to accommodate. For two orders, the estimated wait time was 20 minutes and they had it ready when I got there. The dipping sauce they include is a warm shrimp sauce. They always give more than enough sauce which is nice. Though it's good, I personally prefer peanut sauce which they don't have.

We called in to ordered nem nuong (popular item) and bun xeo. They said 10 minutes so we arrived 15 minutes later. We still had to wait an extra 15 minutes when we got there for our food. There were about 5 people in front of us waiting for their food as well. The nem nuong was good, but the sauce wasn't anything special. It was bland, but our standard sauce is from Brodards in LA and nothing has compared to that. The bun xeo had a lot of oil and the shrimp inside still had the shell on it. The bean sprouts were folded to one side so every bite was not the same. Even though the nem nuong were big rolls, the shrimp with the shell was the biggest turnoff for us.

Haven't tried the spring rolls i ordered but service was great. Merchant accepted Samsung Pay so that's definitely a star!

This place satisfied my SoCal cravings for nem nuong! Nothing beats Summer Rolls in SoCal but this is the only NorCal location I know that comes close. We had the House Special #1 for $20 and it did not disappoint. It was fresh, tasty, had the perfect texture, and the portions were generous. I must admit it is a bit messy because you build it yourself, but their is a pre-made option if you prefer. Makes 8 rolls. I appreciate how they are especially generous with their special yellow dipping sauce, which absolutely makes these rolls amazing. They are still operating during covid. Everything is packed to go in individual packaging so you can enjoy at home. If it wasn't so far, I'd be here all the time.

Best spring roll place I have ever been to. I never say no to this place. Aside from the spring rolls, I'd also suggest getting the Banh Beo

Quan Nen Ning Hoa has such amazing food! They are known for their nem nuong cuon, which is a pork spring roll along with their signature sauce. i always get the boat plate where we get to roll them for ourselves because it brings more to your Asian culture experience. Their Banh Beo which is a dish you pour nuoc mam on! Although the area is a little sketchy, the food is amazing. I do wish they had more staff sometimes because they do get busy and we have to wait sometimes to get someone's attention, other than that. I'd say it's a must try for good quality Vietnamese food.

this place is amazing and so fun to eat at. My friend and i came here one Saturday noon ish, and had to wait a little bit before we were seated. The place was packed despite the weather being not so great that day! We wrote our name on the little chip board on the door (make sure you do that), and then waited about 15-20 minutes to be seated, so worth it. We went to the Elk Grove location before (you don't have to wait there), and i feel like this place is still better since it's og. For the make your own roll, we typically order all pork sausage skewers, but we saw someone else got chicken and they give you a lot of chicken, so we did half and half this time. Best decision ever! Pro tip - also ask for extra vermicelli noodles. The $20 portion definitely fill us up with the 8 rice papers (we eat a lot), but i believe it is enough for maybe 3 people if you share another dish. The orange-red sauce is also amazing so make sure you use that. I also got their viet coffee, which satisfied my cravings. It tasted great. When you are done, you can go up to the register to pay. Overall - i cant wait to go back soon! I think this is a great place to bring friends who are visiting Sac for the first time as well! Cheers.

A friend of mine brought me to try the make your own spring rolls here and it was soo amazing! They give you everything to prep and make your own rolls. We even asked for a little more noodles and they brought them to us. I absolutely loved this place! I'll be back!

Food: 5 stars Spring Rolls (House Special No. 1) We ordered half Charbroiled Ground Pork Skewers and half BBQ Chicken Kebab. Making your own spring rolls is fun. Flavors are fresh and the house sauce is delicious. Ingredients come in an oversized white boat. Fried egg roll skin adds a nice crunch. Atmosphere: 3 stars Nothing overly impressive here, basic and functional. Mix of individual and communal tables. Service: 3 stars Food comes fast, but you'll have to wave someone down if you need anything else. Value: 4 stars $19.99 for 8 DIY spring rolls was filling for 2 people. Overall: 4 stars Service and atmosphere are average, but let's be honest...you are here for the spring rolls.

Small stand alone place. They get a ton of to go orders so food must be good. We got a half order of #1 (make your own rolls), comes with 4 wraps and plenty of fillers. The plastic water holder was bright pink, and had been well used; kind of odd, but we went with it. The orange sauce was new to us, didn't have much flavor. We also ordered the charbroiled shrimp over rice vermicelli (#36), which was good; it came with fish sauce. A lot of staff around. Must be for all the to go orders. We were sat right away. Pay at the counter - credit cards accepted. No pho, but there is a seafood noodle soup with house special broth.

Good but overpriced. And the older lady that took my order over the phone, was a typical vietnamese lady who spoke something badly about me after she took my order and hung up. She was frustrated because of her limited english, which made it hard for her to take my order. My friend and I just laughed it off, but believe it was unprofessional of her.
