During my car shopping experience, I went to a few dealerships that made me uncomfortable and incredibly pressured to buy a car. Reliable Auto was NOT one of these places. The staff was friendly and attentive, helped me stay within my budget, and never made me feel like I had to walk away with a car. Nick was especially helpful. Although I did not end up buying a car here (purely because they did not have the car I ended up getting), I would recommend going here to anyone!

I was looking for a certain car for about three years or so, Cadillac XLR!! Found one on the whim at Reliable Auto Source!! I gotta good deal that fit my budget and walked away with my dream car! Great costumer service also a fairly quick process, if ya need a new ride hit them up!

The crew here is great, the prices for the cars are also good. Dima was our salesman and he communicated great and was extremely friendly the whole time, it's nice to have a pleasant car buying experience when you have to drop a big sum of money on a car. I would come back here to buy a car in a heart beat. (Side note: we actually drove 8 hrs from orange county to purchase a car here). Thanks for everything team!

I had a great experience purchasing my car from Reliable Auto Source. I found a vehicle I really liked and got a great deal on it. The entire process — from test driving to financing — was quick, smooth, and hassle-free.

Purchased a vehicle in Oct 2024. Everything looked and sounded good so I closed the deal. On my 2hr drive home, the check engine light turned on. Took it to Auto Zone to check the code (PO420/PO430) and it came back saying it had a bad catalytic converter. Since I didn’t pay the $250 to be able to return the car in 24 hours, I called the office and spoke to their manager. He told me the car was checked and passed smog. Stated I needed to put good quality gas in the vehicle as well as a fuel injection cleaner for the light to turn off. I did exactly that but within a few days the light is back on. I will be doing that again, but I have other vehicles which are much older than this vehicle and I have never had to put the highest quality fuel nor do I have to be adding fuel injection cleaner. Be careful what you buy and do your research. I may be needing to buy a new catalytic converter for the vehicle and those are not cheap.
UPDATE: Took the car to a mechanic and they found a CO2 sensor spacer to pass the smog check. These spacers are illegal to have meaning the car can’t pass smog. Mechanic said, there is no way they would not have known about the spacer. So I was sold a known bad car. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. They will look you in the eye and tell you it’s a good car and take your hard earned money.

I came in to look and ended up buying! Tony and Dima were so helpful answering all of our questions and giving us transparency with the vehicle we were buying. Our financing rate is great and the whole process was seamless. They made it fun and easy! They also have a surprisingly vast selection of vehicles to choose from, so there are plenty of treasures here at a really great price. I'd highly recommend them to looking to buy a used car!
