I had my eyebrows none at this Salon8 studio and the lady who’s name is Susan was answering her cellphone and showing pictures with the gloves on and touching my eyebrows and cleaning the blood with out changing gloves at all. I was very nervous and concerned about getting a potential infection. But I was so dumb to ask her to keep her cellphone away or changing gloves because she is making appointments and answering the phone while working on me.
It was a very stressful situation. Now that I see how other customers got infections and really ugly issues at this place I feel so lucky to don’t be one of them. But I will never go back to this place… 😓

Brazilian wax is really hot. The lady that did my wax was thorough. I gave three stars because I purchased a Groupon for a Brazilian wax, called and scheduled a Brazilian wax, received the Brazilian wax and then was told they charge $15 extra for the rear. I explained that’s part of a Brazilian. I am editing my review because I thought maybe I was just the exception but it seems like this business has unsanitary practices and the are charging more on a frequent basis.

The waiting area was so dirty. Should have walked out then, but my daughter wanted her lashes done. So we had an apt at 9, the lady was 30 minutes late. We had a Groupon and they redeemed the voucher before they even started applying the lashes. Then after she applied the lashes she said my daughters eyelashes weren't able to hold the lashes or glue. These lashes look terrible and my daughter is in tears. Definitely do not recommend at all. Very unprofessional.

Horrible my son got a perm and then even do all right. He asked for loose perm and end up coming in tight and plus my wife did eyebrows and it wasn't even good. It wasn't even lined up and I asked for a low tea. They absolutely made me balled in the back and they made my son mad because they didn't do his haircut right in the messed them up so bad that I don't even know. They don't even clean up there has been a water bottle just laying around there for the past five months like clean up like what are they doing? That place is so dirty they don't even do your hair right they make your ball. They don't even listen to you, get a better barber and everything

They were very unprofessional and messed up the coloring on my hair with cheap hair dye. My hair was blonde for 30 minutes then it turned brown after don’t get your hair dye from this place. Placement was good hair dye was not #STAY AWAY!

Since the new owner took over this salon on last September, Everything here is updated and there are more and more new services, such as: Brazilian Blow out, Permanate make-up ( eyebrows, eyeliners and lips tattoo), eyelashes extensions and amazing facials and massages.
The owner and the staffs are really friendly and kind. They did the highlight for my hair and it was so perfect. I all the time had complements for my hair's color and highlight.
I would recommend people should try to come here once, then you will like this salon as I do.
