I went to this Target for years. Went a few days ago after hearing how they have all the common items like deodorant, laundry detergent, vitamins, etc locked up. I always try to avoid getting items that are locked up to avoid the hassle, however, I did have to get razor blades and deodorant. Having to wait in an aisle for 10-15 minutes with other customers that have been waiting for longer is insane. I'm aware that everytime someone motions the help button all employees gets a message on their work devices, so why are all the employees looking at customers waiting in aisles and walking by like nothing? Honestly for a multi billion dollar company locking stuff up isn't going to stop people from stealing let's be honest. It is just going to make customers more irritated while they wait for extensive amounts of minutes for a single item leaving them irritated as they walk out of the store.

Why did they put the drive up spots closer to the front door than the parking for in store shoppers? They should have put the two rows for drive up services further from the main door. Especially since that is closer to where the workers who are performing these services come from. If you're not carrying a disabled parking placard, expect to walk from the parking in front of one of the neighboring stores. They have replaced most cashiers with self checkout and have locked up basic necessities. Today is the last time I shop here in person. I guess I do all of my shopping at smaller stores. This is how the era of big box anchor stores end. You can't blame millennials for killing something you're actively taking measures to draw down yourselves.

I don't think I will be shopping here again...Everything is being locked up! You will have to ask someone to unlock the laun soap and countless other items... I don't like being trea like a thief...I'll go to Ulta for makeup and Costco... Winco...

My home Target is slowly spiraling into hell, because the increase in Walmart behavior is appalling. During my last few visits, I saw empty Starbucks cups, a couple half-eaten yogurt cups, and empty food wrappers left on the shelves. This isn't the employees' faults, obviously. It's the disgusting patrons dragging their unhygienic rat mentality in public spaces. It's just a shame this is where we're headed.

Valery was super helpful, kind, and friendly. She helped us with getting products that were locked up and was helpful to others in the aisle saving us all time. I really appreciate her!

Came here for 4 years and never had an issue, but now they have all of the common items locked up. I came to target instead of Walmart because of this reason years ago. I dont want to wait 5 mins for worker to unlock the glass for tooth paste then wait another 5 mins for someone to unlock the laundry detergent. This is absolutely ridiculous now. A worker handed me my toothpaste and she walked away. It defeated the purpose of having them locked up to begin with!!

The Natomas Target is now under lockdown. Common items like toothpaste, allergy and pain medications, laundry detergent, and cleaning supplies are now locked behind glass. This requires finding someone to open them up. Locking up these items takes away the main benefit of Target and is more harassing good customers than preventing theft. Because of this, I will shop elsewhere or order online. I've tolerated the slow decline of the Natomas Target over the years, but this decision makes it easier to finally shop elsewhere. Thank you Target for making me an Amazon customer.

Most Target stores in Sacramento were updated in the last couple of years. This one in Natomas is no exception. The store looks clean and very well organized. The store is easy to navigate. All the department's layouts are logical. The prices are very competitive. However, they still have some empty shelves. Some items sold out without restocking! I like the selection of Target compared to the other big box stores. They have a good choice but are not overwhelming. The cashier at checkout is fast and polite. This is one of the best Target in Sacramento, in my opinion!

This is the best part of my week, I come in every Thursday to pick up my weekly order and say hi to my favorite drive up employees. My favorites are the emo boy with red hair and the blonde boy he's so cute. Lately I haven't seen the boy with red hair though which is why I must give 4 stars, I just hope he isn't gone.

This is the nearest target to our home so we do drive-thru pick up often.. but today just left a bad taste in my mouth. 1. I get it that target is hiring young teenagers & I admire that but today during my pick up this red headed long hair lip pierced guy & the girl helping with him were extremely unprofessional & the red headed dude called the girl a fu**ing idiot. If I had kids and they heard that I would be LIVID. 2. Also, when I asked these two disrespectful teenagers when my next order would be ready they were not helpful at all and were rude & said they "can't check the time status" how the heck is that not possible? Target get your sh*t together. 3. My soap that I ordered had a carving of a heart that someone did how can you seriously miss that? I get it teenagers need to work but target teach your employees to pay attention to things unbelievable

Love that target has a pretty fast grocery pickup option but the inventory at this location is atrocious. On average about 1 item every order gets cancelled. That % is REALLY bad... I don't understand!

Registry station is down and they do not accommodate. Had to fetch my own cart in the parking lot. Service gets worse by the day, might as well be a Walmart.

The most unorganized target I have ever seen. It is so hard to find items that say they're in stock and they're not there. When you ask for help they just assume they don't have anymore

This store is not a safe location, they allow men to solicit and stare at women. I was in the store being followed and stared at by two very strange men who were not shopping, just aimlessly walking around. One of them had a cowboy hat and giant military backpack, other man was tall with hoodie. I notified the security who than told me "yes they come in here and do this often" "cowboy guy come with different men each time" and even admitted to feeling uncomfortable himself about them. why is no one kicking them out, they are not shoppers they are soliciting the store and area. I tried calling the store TEN times when i got home to try to reach a manager, called every department more than once and no one answered the phone. This should not be aloud and someone should be kicking these men out. Be safe out here people, always check your surroundings!

This location should avoid hiring teen girls. The two teen girl who were working fitting yesterday were so unhelpful & rude. I asked them if I could put three items to the side while I try clothes on & they " misplaced " them by the time I was out ? Then instead of helping me sends me out to the store to look for others and try to refind the items. There was only one helpful women named heather who went to go to the back to regrab me some items , she was so nice & patient.
