I would give 5 but the lines and limited cashiers are an issue, this is during the evening times and self checkout had been closed 2 times in a week. However, there's a wonderful lady usually there at the self check out very polite and friendly! I wish I remembered her name but she's usually there in the morning. Target has the best staff! I always pick this store over wal mart because of the quality and cleanliness but most of all customer service.

Love coming to my local Target for quick Target run to pick up essentials, but today was to pick up hubby's snacks. Staff are usually 95% quick, friendly and efficient! I only experienced a long wait once (30min) when I came shortly after 4PM and they had a sign saying they are usually busy between 4-7PM weekdays. I usually use the app to pick my purchases in advanced then when I'm ready, I'd drive up to an open space in their "drive up" section to get my products delivered to my car! Super efficient especially on rainy days or almost any time I don't want to deal with in store busyness or overcrowding of busy store. Target always provides good products for a fair price!

I used to love a good Target run. But like many Target stores now, the vast majority of the things on your list for your target run are locked in cabinets - oral care, vitamins, all medications except for eye care (which makes no sense), the majority of house cleaning products, deodorant, shaving needs, body care, etc. You're going to wait 10-20 minutes for an employee to come unlock the cabinets for you. Then you're going to go to self-checkout because the lines are always long because they only ever have 1-2 registers open. At self-checkout, you can't just face your item barcodes forward and scan the items in the cart, instead you have to unload. every. single. item. Because apparently that's the new policy, even though you're being recorded and the employee could just look at the screen to see you got everything or check your receipt, or anything else that would save everyone time and make any sort of sense. So your 15 minute errand is going to take an hour. Don't bother going into the store. Just place your drive up order and save yourself the disappointment and irritation.

Please improve the Women's clothing store in Grass Valley. It is seriously lacking in stock and choices. You can do a lot better. Please take a field trip to the Auburn, CA store for guidance.

Drive up at this location is AWFUL with food. Always getting something expired or opened it's disgusting.

I went to this Target for years. Went a few days ago after hearing how they have all the common items like deodorant, laundry detergent, vitamins, etc locked up. I always try to avoid getting items that are locked up to avoid the hassle, however, I did have to get razor blades and deodorant. Having to wait in an aisle for 10-15 minutes with other customers that have been waiting for longer is insane. I'm aware that everytime someone motions the help button all employees gets a message on their work devices, so why are all the employees looking at customers waiting in aisles and walking by like nothing? Honestly for a multi billion dollar company locking stuff up isn't going to stop people from stealing let's be honest. It is just going to make customers more irritated while they wait for extensive amounts of minutes for a single item leaving them irritated as they walk out of the store.

It was nice walking through Target this holiday. The aisles were filled with glee and the parking lot was filled with hope. Target changes lives by recognizing amazing talent from designers in all communities and Target's commercials reflect such.

I came to this store to return items that adhered to the return policy. The woman who's helped me named Jazz treated me like I was a criminal. I will never shop at this location again because they way this person made me feel. She treated me with disgust because tags were not attached to an items I was trying to return although I had the receipt. If an item to be returned is within the policy that is stated on the website there should be a no questions ask. I understand there is a huge problem with theft with the store she commented there is "too many bad apples" with return however that shouldn't have applied to this situation. This woman should really work on her customer service skills and work ethic. If you hate your job so much why would in this industry. There is no reason to why I should have ever been treated with such disgust.

This used to be our go-to store for so many things, but now that they've locked down much of the merchandise and require us to wait for an employee to unlock it before we can even read a label (have waited up to 10 minutes before giving up), we've found other stores nearby. Worse still, not all employees have keys to unlock the merchandise.

I like Target the only problem with this location is they have a lot of theft. The cosmetic section HBA, whatever you want to call it it lacks in product. It's unfortunate to say that Target will probably have to put everything behind glass. It's apparent that the loss is substantial between the Cosmetics section and the toy section. The store itself needs to be cleaned up there's garbage accumulating in the sections that I just mentioned. I do not see how they can financially keep their head above water and take such losses.

This target is always out of stock on basic items and the drive up pickup is so slow. It's not the workers fault it's just that you need more people for the demand. Put more people on drive up please. It's getting to the point that it's quicker just to go inside and shop or go to Walmart.

Why did they put the drive up spots closer to the front door than the parking for in store shoppers? They should have put the two rows for drive up services further from the main door. Especially since that is closer to where the workers who are performing these services come from. If you're not carrying a disabled parking placard, expect to walk from the parking in front of one of the neighboring stores. They have replaced most cashiers with self checkout and have locked up basic necessities. Today is the last time I shop here in person. I guess I do all of my shopping at smaller stores. This is how the era of big box anchor stores end. You can't blame millennials for killing something you're actively taking measures to draw down yourselves.

I don't think I will be shopping here again... Everything is being locked up! You will have to ask someone to unlock the laun soap and countless other items... I don't like being trea like a thief...I'll go to Ulta for makeup and Costco... Winco...
