I normally don't leave reviews but this place was so amazing, I normally feel really intimidated at mechanics because I don't know a lot about cars, but Gloria was so patient and helpful in explaining everything to me I'd absolutely recommend this place.

I have been going to Tom's since 2019. They have been the most consistent automotive shop I have ever gone to, and I will continue to go back because of it.
Gloria is awesome. She is friendly, welcoming, knowledgable and communicative which is greatly appreciated(especially when it comes to expensive automotive parts).
Tom's has always been incredibly transparent. I would trust them with any family member or friend that I referred their way, that they would treat them the same way they have treated me. That is very rare to find when dealing with businesses these days.
Try Tom's if you are looking for a trusted automotive shop in the area that will consistently deliver!

Having a hard time finding an honest mechanic? Look for further. These guys are the real deal. No frills. They’ll figure out the problem and go above and beyond to fix it.

This auto shop was very supportive and insightful into my cars problem. Unfortunately, there was an actual solution to my problem, but Gloria was fully transparent in relaying options to me.

As good as their reviews, maybe better. First visit. Maintenance check. Very fast. Dropped off at 9:30am; picked up at 11am. Friendly explanation of visual checkup findings. Cost for work very reasonable. I'll be back and will recommend.

This is the best garage I have ever been to. Fast, accurate, HONEST, great prices, and so friendly. I am from a small town with a tight community and everyone know who you are. I feel that way with this business, its amazing to get that kind of welcome in a big city. As well as I know I am getting the best quality care for my vehicles and the best customer service EVER. If your car has an issue, go talk to Gloria, she is knowledgable, wonderful, and friendly! They have worked on both my cars and are the only mechanic I will take my vehicles too. Forever customer here! I tell everyone about this place!

Gloria was the first person to use common sense when I told her my rear blinker was out. Two, not one, two dealerships told me I would have to leave my Kia for two days at the shop for computer analysis. This was estimated to cost a couple of hundred dollars at the very least not including the repairs. Gloria asked if we checked the bulb. I could not do that at home, so she did it and replaced both rear turning signal lights for a mere $60. Tom's is my new favorite auto service location.
