THE WORST COMMUNICATION! online appointment didn’t work, couldn’t get us in for a month, didn’t call and tell us the car was totaled and then let the insurance place tow it without calling us, and all our stuff was still in it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Colin and his team fixed up my Tacoma as good as new, after a rear end collision. No hassle on my part whatsoever, and Colin kept me updated through entire process. Highly recommend using Utopia for any body work.

Was a returning customer, now will never come back. Dropped my new car off unfortunately to be repaired from a parking lot hit and run that scraped my driver side door and panel . Only to pick my car up with a chip in the windshield and them not wanting to take fault. Stating they never drove it so it couldn't have been their fault. Extremely bad customer service if you ask me. DO NOT COME HERE!

Amazing service and communication from start to finish. Easy drop off, quick and accurate quoting, fantastic email communications throughout the process, and finished work a day earlier than expected! How was the actual work?... invisible, and THATS what you want in auto body repair! Best yet, the value added touches that were above and beyond and not billed; when I picked up the vehicle it just looked brand new (it's a 2014), not just the repair areas (rear), they had cleaned and waxed the whole car, but the coup de grad?... they even polished out my VERY pitted and hazy headlights! Folks, Utopia is the real deal and you can trust these good people will take good care of your car and YOU too! Thanks Utopia for doing a 180 on my preconceptions of auto body shops!

I am a returning customer, great service the first time! Brought my brand new car 3800 miles that was unfortunately swiped on the side in a parking garage to be repaired and everything was great. However, once picked up my car there was a chip in windshield and although he doesn't do glass he proceeded to tell me it must've been from a rock he stated we didn't drive it so we couldn't have done it. They refused to take responsibility and no apology. Do not go here unless you want extra damage that you have to take care of. Lost a customer for sure.

Original estimate $1300 after dropping it off to $1700 then to $3300 then to $5000. Should not have listened to AAA recommendation. And I’m not the only person day they did this to. Stay away

This place has great customer service. Unfortunately, my car was a total loss, but I was able to see some of their other work and was amazed. They are honest and upfront about every step of the way. Definitely would recommend them!

Day1 5 stars-So far pretty impressive . Accomodating and cozy office with Phil Collins music . Came in 30 mins early but they welcome me nicely let me sit in their nice couch. The initial inspection went smooth they even put extra care on my falling front bumper, even took time to find the right pin so it won’t fall off .Update: 1 star experience -6/13/2023 drop off the car and i ask for a refresh the paint of the car . And quickly got a f up question back” do you have $10k?” peepz seems profiled me too quickly. Or They just want my insurance business . I love my baby i know it is a corolla but thats the only thing i got . Will find another place for that matter .See you on the ddayLate update - so far it has been a great experience with them so turning the experience up to 5 star . I have used Utopia twice and have been extremely happy with the results. Excellent communications and the time it took to get both cars back on the road (years apart from each repair). Friendly staff, and even though they seemed a bit disorganized, it worked out for us. I would use them again in the future and have recommended them to friends.

Complete joke unprofessional. Made us wait a week to come in for an estimate and refused to even give me a quote or here what I wanted done. Don't waste your time.

Wonderful service. It is obvious they understand the true meaning of customer service. Their is nothing that needs improvement. Communication was excellent. I was kept informed of the status of the repairs on my car. It was, without a doubt , a pleasure doing business with Utopia Auto Body. Cheers to all!
