The store Manager at this location is unprofessional and inconsiderate. He threatened to throw out spectrums equipment and threaten me saying I woul be charged for it. He saw that my leg is broken but made me stand there and accused me of throwing things at him. Shameless person with no moral compass. Absolutely disappointed as a long time customer.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the treatment my husband received today. We recently received some equipment in the mail that we did not need and attempted to return it in person.
My husband, who is currently on crutches with a fractured ankle, asked a store associate for assistance in bringing the box from the car to the store. Shockingly, the associate responded, “We don’t do that.” When my husband then asked if he could leave the box at the front door, he was told he could, but that no one would come outside to retrieve it.
This level of disregard for a customer with a visible physical injury is unacceptable. We are long-time paying customers and expect not only professionalism but also a basic level of empathy and support—especially when it involves accessibility concerns.
This experience was not only frustrating, but also humiliating for my husband. I am seriously considering canceling our service over this incident.

Do not go here, the worst customer service I have experienced. I have had Spectrum for 10 years, never had a problem like this before. Go to another store! It was clean that is the only reason why I gave 2 stars.

Went in yesterday regarding my bill being too high. I saw a charge that needed to be taken off. I spoke to someone and it was fixed. I was happy, paid my bill and left. I like a no hassle experience.
