Worst branch to come into. Wait is about an hour or more long, only 2 tellers and the line is out the door. Branch Manager or Assistant Manager not at location to deal with customer service issues. Business specialist is dealing with personal account issues. Very unprofessional branch to deal with. So disappointed, regional manager needs to rearrange the staffing.

It is the 2nd of the month, 4:30pm and only two tellers. Banks know when their busiest days of the month, week, and times are, why not have more tellers to assist customers. This is one of the many reasons why this bank is my last option. Unfortunately, today was one of those days, and I had no other option than to go to this location.

This location at 334 W 3rd Street, San Bernardino, CA 92401 is discriminatory against disabled people. I've already formed a formal complaint with the ADA-the Americans with disabilities act as well as two formal complaints through Wells Fargo's escalation executive team or whatever it's called. The manager Amanda does not care about the disabled members and neither does her staff. We are forced to sit in pain while only the able-bodied is helped. We never have our own teller, and we are always forced to wait until the line is completely gone of able-bodied people before somebody even bothers to look over to the disabled line. It doesn't matter if you try to get their attention they completely ignore you. This has happened every single month for 2 years since I've been using this line. It's easy to say "just switch banks." My issue isn't with Wells Fargo itself. Wells Fargo itself is a great bank. My issue is with this location which is the only location that is near me. So I'm forced to use a location that is discriminatory against me and us members of the disabled community that has to use the disabled line. It really sucks to have served my country only to be treated like dog poop at the bank that holds all my money because of disabilities gained in service. If you're disabled I urge you to seek out a different branch because this is not the one you want to deal with. I've also been with Wells Fargo for 17 years but maybe it is best if I try to find another bank if they feel discrimination against the disabled is okay.

Service here is unbelievable. 8 people waiting in line inside. Another 10-15 OUTSIDE waiting. And they only have 3 tellers servicing ppl. There's no sense of urgency. Every time one teller finished helping someone she was dipping off somewhere behind the scenes and then would come back. Literally after every single patron. Avoid this place if you can.

This is the worst bank I have ever been associated with. I have my savings, checking and mortgage with Wells Fargo and have never seen customers treated in this manner. I went because my card was stolen from an A TM and this old black man would not me allow to speak to a bank representative. I spent 45 minutes in line outside in 93 degree temperatures. Most of the customers were seniors and people of color and were visually upset. I engaged in conversation with some customers and they stated it was always like this" Wells Fargo bank sells the nice commercials on TV and radio boosting their customer service but it is all a lie! They have no sense of compassion or caring attitude for the community of San Bernardino. I feel very bad for the folks living here and have to deal with this. I will be closing all of my accounts with Wells Fargo and will be advocating against this institution. Shame on Wells Fargo! Blaming COVID for the way you treat customers In Downtown San Bernardino.

Located on 3rd St. Bank is closed on Sundays. Felt a little uneasy here, but there was only one other person getting cash out of the ATM. Only wanted to use the ATM. There are two at the back side of the bank. Plenty of parking. There's one ATM at the front of the bank along the street Easy peasy. Got what I wanted and left.
