Eva EVA EVA!!! On behalf of our Castro Family we thank you from the bottom of our HEARTS! She was SO PATIENT with me these past 3 years, while my family and I got our lives together!Starting the process and going in on the first few bids were tough because we quickly got priced out with the demand during the pandemic. When we eventually did win the few bids we had, it then became a financial struggle with the Appraisal. I was SO DISCOURAGED that we started to look outside of California. After weighing pros and cons, we decided to give it ONE more shot! Even tho interests rates are high, we knew the competition wouldn't be so CRAZY. The 1st bid "back in the ring" was an overbid of 60k, but the 2nd BID WAS THE ONE!! From their it was smooth SAILING and I was so HAPPY to have the team that we had!Eva is very patient, informative, responsive and constantly looking out for our best interest. Eva is the person to look for for buying a house because it is very stressful experience. I did not know all about this until it happened to me and my hubby. My hubby was the one who knows her and was able to work with her for the past property he had. We sold his condo from a different Realtor and it was not the best experience. But moving forward we are so lucky to have Eva on our side. Eva was very professional from the first day I met her. She explained everything to us the way that we can understand it with transparency. You can feel her passion to work for you until you get the house that you wanted. With the market right know, I can say it was a very difficult time to look for a house but she exceeded our expectations when we ended with a house that we did not even expect ourselves that we are going to end up with it. Being with her all the way through out this process was the best think that happened in our life especially for our twins. We can't wait to make memories in our new house. Thanks Eva!
