I'm in my 50s and I've only ever written 1 review in my life and it was bad because I felt like I got cheated. This one will be different though.
I live on the east coast and I came to RMC Motorcars on the internet because they had a really nice car that isn't made any more and good ones are somewhat hard to find (99 Z3 M coupe). I called them up and I had a video call that same day with Abdul. He was very open, transparent, patient and answered all my questions.
To make a long story short, about 2.5-3 weeks later, the car was delivered to my front door and looks even better in person and drives great. I have checked almost everything on the car and everything works on the car...every switch...every knob...everything. If you're in the market for a good quality car, give these guys a try. You won't be disappointed!

Only redeeming quality is the free drinks and snacks. Chill staff but terrible business practice. Car was beat and when I tried to resolve this with them, willing to take a loss on the car, they couldn't even bother with a quote. They are too scared to repurchase the car they sold me, because they know all the problems it came with. Dissatisfied experience.

A/C was not functioning properly and was told they would handle it. I had my doubts on it being fixed, and here I was proven wrong. The A/C blew cold air again. Customer service was amazing there as wheel .

Cool guys but cars are definitely aimed towards non-car people. Barely serviced with the bare minimum it seems like. In the first month alone 2 services needed to be done. Previous repairs were backyard tinkerer status. Official bmw mechanics said the car that was bought was in really rough condition. When contacted, they shifted the blame to the customer. Also bought a warranty but nobody takes it. Bad car, bad warranty and bad post purchase service.

Bought a bmw m3 and i was satisfied until problems started popping up within the first month. Edit: 2 months into the purchase and a lot of issues are popping up now. I used there services to repair some problems. But after a deep diagnosis using autobahn motors they said there was many issue with the quality of the car. When I tried to resolve the issue with RMC they told me that I caused all the problems with the car. Said I couldn't even get half of what I bought the car for. Good start, bad finish.

Abdul assisted me with my purchase and I had a really amazingly smooth experience with him! Car dealerships/salespeople get a bad rap for sure, but thankfully that wasn't my experience here and never once felt pressured.
Due to an accident, I was in search of a replacement car. The options for a Tesla were limited as it was approaching the deadline for the tax credit.
I purchased the vehicle the same day I came to the dealership, and requested a dent to be taken care of and new wheels to be ordered - which Abdul took care of for me.
Not only is Abdul super nice, he was very proactive with updates and had great communication skills and follow-through on everything we discussed. Thanks for all of the help, Abdul!

Just recently bought a Honda Accord Sport L from RMC Motors and worked with Rod. The service here was great and Rod was amazing to work with. Everything went smoothly, he was straightforward, fair, and gave us a really great price and rate compared to other dealerships. This dealership makes it easy to finance and hassle free. Sold us a car that āpassed inspectionā but oil change light came on right away, needed its 30k tune. I mean they are truly cool people but just review the car and donāt expect them to do any work when they get a car. Just be cautious. Obviously they donāt want to fix anything. Coolant reservoir leaking like no tmr and everything paid out of pocket.
