I visit this store daily and every time I walk in it is super clean and well stocked. Employees are amazing, Tanya always makes sure coffee is hot and ready in the morning. Morning manager Mate is always cheerful and he always ensures complete customer satisfaction.

I went in this morning after waiting in line at the border for almost a hour to get my children and I something for breakfast. We were attended by Claudia. She provided us with amazing customer service. I love the positive attitude, energy and vibes she brings to your establishment. I definitely will be returning more often in hope to see her again and make a purchase of course lol. Those are the type of people you have to have in Customer service. Her energy will be with me all day. She has no idea how much I needed that today. Thank you Claudia!!! ❤️

Amazing 7/11, they have the good machines for the cold coffee and also their workers are top notch. They have Pokemon cards too!

Dead body outside of gasoline station a couple years ago, not sure what happened but that was crazy to see. Maybe it’s just my bad luck but they’re always out of stock when I go here and for some reason the Arizona is not 99cents. This place is very pricey. Other than that, decent place.

Went there to get some stuff. I said Hi to the lady behind the counter, she immediately started talking to the lady next to me immediately about how drunk she got on thanksgiving and then went to work the next day with a hangover, all while ringing me up. The entire time I’m trying to tell her how I need stuff behind the counter they sell, or how I need bag, or how I would love to get my receipt. I could not get in a word, because all she cared about was talking to her friend. She was so invested in the conversation with her friend that she didn’t even tell me the total. But gave me a mad look because I took awhile to pay. Even though I need other stuff behind the counter. As soon as I paid she pushed my items to the side so I would leave quicker. This happened Saturday at around 8:30PM. It was extremely rude. I know it’s a 7/11 but I needed stuff. I’m a customer too. The only person there that seemed to give some form of customer service was Wesley. Who was waiting for the cash register to reboot and was eager to actually help customers.
Give Wesley a raise and the other lady a retraining on how to do customer service. She has a job to do. If she really wants to talk to her friend call, text, use social media, or meet up. There’s a million ways she can talk to her friends. But not at the cost of another customer who just wanted to make a purchase.

Clean 7/11 convenience store with snacks, drinks, gas, and bathrooms. Fuel costs are comparable and the store items have standard prices.

I love working here , my boss is awesome, my co-workers are amazing, respectful,reliable,and most importantly they have the patience to deal with me lol. Especially Roberto ,Tania, Rafa & Stevo, ?? ? I love my job because of the people I work with but the best part of my job and what makes me so happy and allows me to always be in a good mood (Nathalie Barajas i'm the cashier you talked about on your review ??. Lol ) is the awesome CUSTOMERS that we have( like Nathalie Barajas ) that come in everyday and make me feel so appreciated and just makes my day everyday a good day ❤️. Thank you to all our customers ? for being the absolute best!!!

I went in and was greeted by the cashier I did not get her name but besides being busy she had a good mood was making customers laugh, so kudos for her I hope her and all the staff at that location are very much appreciated! Hard to come across people that nice and greet you nowadays. Attached is my receipt so that hopefully she can be identified. ☺️

I don't know what I liked more working here or shopping here. The owner is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. They have everything you need for any American or Mexican wants you may desire. Great location, great selection, great staff, great store!

ATROCIOUS CARE AND DISRESPECTFUL (negative stars)This 7-11 is located in South San Diego. The lack of care, maintenance, and cleanliness is appalling. Floors are always dirty, counters dirty, product supply-limited, pastry cabinet-suspect. No updated items. It's like this at all times and I believe the owner doesn't respect the community.There are a lot of people looking for work. You can recruit at the local high schools nearby, but only if you clean this place up!!
