“She was rude, dismissive, and petty over a dollar’s worth of ice — and the worst part is, she didn’t even tell me there would be a charge. She just started ringing it up without saying a word. That’s not just bad customer service, it’s disrespectful. If there’s going to be an extra charge, at least give me the courtesy of being upfront about it. I walked out because I won’t reward that kind of attitude with my business.” If she’s gonna be this disciplined, she should take that discipline in her eating habits.

refused services when it displayed on line that they do didn’t even want to scan the app so i can deposit money worker name was Dylan what is up with 711 nowadays like if they don’t know how to do it they shouldn’t be working there i will pursue legal matters on this would get a zero because i have deposit money here before very rude

Correct your hours of operation or at least put a sign. Not open 24hrs. I'm sitting in front and it's 3am doors are locked and no one inside.

I go there every once in awhile about 2:00 in the morning since I have a customer that works at Ross sometimes it's open sometimes it's closed it depends who's working it's sad cuz Google says 24 hours but don't mind responding since you guys never do nothing about it with your automatic will look into it response

This place charges $1.49 for coffee refill. The lady at the cashier said they can only charge you for the 24 fl. oz. Pictures attached as proof. This time I brought a 12 fl. oz mug. To avoid negative comments, I got this mug as a gift.
