Someone working there I think a manager was extremely rude to me. I just looked around and they asked me what do I want. why? beats me. Just go to one of the other many, many 7-elevens around here don't waste your time here.

The 711 says is open 24 hours. But they're lying...... I came by around 2;20am And the doors were closed with somebody inside working.
If they cannot handle customers while there are working, they shouldn't be working......Put somebody that can multitask and Does not close the doors.🤔🤔

Their fresh food program sucks. Do not eat their food. You will get sick. I asked for fresh nuggets and they refused to make me some. Literally told me no.

Any other location has offered to warm up/ cook a whole pizza but the person who runs this store refuses such business. Will not go back to a 7/11.

Cashier was very Rude and has poor customer service for a business. If my staff ever treated a paying customer as such they would be let go . First, he Did not bag up my drinks up , when I asked for a bag he charged .10 and he said it would have been free if I had a better attitude. I was upset because he wouldn’t take a larger bill. Very unprofessional employee.

I just experienced the worst type of service at this place, the two Somalian men that are there keep assuming im stealing from there, always following me around assuming I am up to no good, I have even stopped going there bc of the discrimination that I receive at this 711. These two men always have an atittutude with me, they have the worst customer service and always speaking in their language about people in the store, but yet when any white person goes there they like to switch up and b the ultimate servant for them? Am I the only one who experiences this at this 711? If anyone can guide me in the right direction to file a complaint with the city for discrimination?

They don't let you eat in there and in other 711s they do...
The cheese there is very spicy, my daughter and my family got everything spicy, my daughter almost went to the hospital because of it.

Great snack and food selection. Love to get my sweets from there. Very friendly service and clean store! The red velvet cookies they make are my favorite.

I dislike visiting this store due to the unfriendly and unhelpful staff. They rarely smile, provide slow service, and sometimes even come across as impolite. The overall service is lacking.
