The customer service here at A-1 Storage is unmatched. The current property manager, Garren, was very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. He exceeded my expectations as he helped me select the appropriate size storage unit that fit my needs. On top of the that, the facility is well maintained. Very clean and very organized. In my opinion, renting a storage unit here is worth every penny.

My experience here has been wonderful. I feel the price is good for the area and the competition. I love you can use an app to get in and out of the gate. Sometimes it's annoying and doesn't link up but you do get a code as well. The app is nice because you don't have to get out of your car. You can also see your bill and other items. You are only given access to your specific area of storage and i think that is a nice extra layer of protection! The hours are only 6-6 hours which can be hard for some but i over all really like this place

An update: May 11th, 2023This morning I had an encounter with the same cleaning lady. I greeted her warmly, said "hello and good morning, thank you so much for doing a wonderful job keeping this place cleaned so well!"The cleaning ladies response was to give me the stink eye again.Being silent and not speaking to customers, and giving them filthy looks is a form of "micro aggression", and is unacceptable.Since I have yet to see a resolution to this matter, I have no choice but to file a formal complaint with the corperate office. I'll also go to my lawyer if I do not receive satisfaction in this matter.First review:This morning as I was accessing my storage I ran into the cleaning lady who is heavy set, Hispanic, and about as rude as they get! I waved at her, and she gave me the stink eye. Not very welcoming to a paid customer! I'd be happy to change this review if people start acting like they know the meaning of customer service, and stop acting like they're too good for the job they have, and the customers they serve.

Nice place but they should have more security on them cameras to see more too many of the units are getting broken into

Visited 4 different storage places this Saturday. This was our second stop. We ended up coming back to this location because the lady at the front office Pinky was professional, good customer service and had great energy. The place is clean too.

This facility is so clean inside & out !The manager at this facility is very professional & helpful. I asked him if he could come out & open the gate for me due to a serious injury & he was very kind & came out right away & took care of it for me ! Great experience! Did everything online. Just had a show up and show my ID. Gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and informative. Clean location great prices. Highly recommend!

It's a good storage space but when I 1st got the unit it was 77.00 it's up to 117.00. Now in roughly 5 years I believe it's been.
