One (1) employee at the front desk. My waiting time was for 2hrs. Very bad service. Being a weekend the must know that there are a lot of visitors to San diego. Bad customer service. Don't forget "You get what you pay for!"

EDITED: Management reached out and made things right.Reserved an SUV but they didn't have any SUVs so we were forced to rent a normal car but we still had to pay the original SUV price. Two stars because the guy that helped us was extremely friendly and the process of renting a car overall was quick.

Booked through priceline for unlimited miles. When I got here they told me it would be 40 cents a mile for every mile over 150 miles. I walked out of that sketchy pop up trailer and went to Dollar rental where I got a better deal and didn't feel like my credit card info would be stolen
