I cannot recommend this storage facility enough! The units are clean, secure, and easy to access, and they won’t hurt your pocket, but what really sets this place apart is the management—especially Kim.
Kim goes above and beyond for her customers. She’s professional, friendly, and truly cares about making the storage process stress-free. She took the time to answer all my questions with patience and was so knowledgeable about the place. It’s rare to find someone so attentive and genuine these days, and she really made the experience seamless.
The facility itself is top-notch—well-maintained, safe, affordable and convenient—but Kim is the reason I’ll continue to be a loyal customer. If you’re looking for storage and want peace of mind knowing you’ll be in great hands, ask for Kim. She’s simply the best!

great experience thanks to the amazing manager Janel my unit was close to auction, but she helped me through this settle and vacate option. It was super understanding when I couldn’t move everything out in the 48 hours I thought I lose my cleaning deposit, but she reassured me and followed through very kind. Patient and professional made this stressful process so much easier thank you Janel.

This service was great. They have a smooth customer service. The online booking process was easy and efficient.
