Excellent Service and Friendly Staff! 🌟
I’ve had an exceptional experience working with this location. The staff is consistently friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. A special shoutout to Mina, who has been incredibly patient and supportive every step of the way. Her dedication and attention to detail make every interaction seamless and stress-free.
Thank you for providing such outstanding service!

Everyone, keep in mind that most people who have positive experiences don't bother to leave reviews. However, when someone has a bad experience, that's when they angrily rush to the comments to vent.
I went in and was helped quickly and treated politely by the staff. Everything was great, I have no complaints.

Bank had no line and barely any people but waited over an hour and 30minutes when I had an appointment already and was on time. Decided to just leave after all that time wasted. Seen a lot of people wait and leave as well. They are very slow... definitely need new employees.

First time I went there about 2 weeks ago I waited 40 minutes and then was treated rudely by the manager. I tried again today and the same manager came up interrupting a simple question I had for the teller with a bad attitude and confrontational for no reason. Horrible customer service, never leave reviews but I was kinda shocked by how I was treated.

This location is a complete waste of time! It has for the most part been closed since the start of the pandemic 2 years ago. Whereas I completely understand the bank was closed during the pandemic, the vast majority of businesses and certainly essential businesses such as banks have returned to normal and are fully operational. For at least that past 9 months whenever I go to this branch (which is my local branch) 90% of the time there is a sign on the door that reads 'Temporarily closed'. On the odd occasion when I am able to go into that bank and I ask why they are closed most of the time, the answer I get is that they have 'staffing shortages/challenges'. It is just unacceptable that they cannot plan ahead and staff this location appropriately, and it is furthermore very frustrating to drive to the branch only to find out that it is closed and then you have to drive to a different branch. Seriously, the management need to get their act together - close the branch completely or staff it appropriately and serve your customers! I don't know of any other bank branch that operates this poorly. There is a Chase bank branch about 50-feet away from this one and they are always open (and were open right throughout the pandemic). After hoping that this situation at the Bank of America branch would improve for some time now, I will be moving my business to Chase who seem to be a lot more reliable.Update following response from bank below:====================================I am unable to decipher or comprehend the response from the bank. Probably generated by a bot and not at all helpful...... To be clear you need to consider staffing the branch adequately or close the branch completely. It is not helpful to customers when you are open one day and then without any warning are closed the next day because you did not have enough staff to open, then you are open again two days later....... I am furthermore quite well aware of other Bank of America branches, but this particular branch is closest to my house and is where I have been banking for 25 years (since it opened). As long as there is a Bank of America sign on the wall, people will try and use it only to be frustrated when it is closed. You are doing the entire company and your customers a disservice by running such a poor operation.

Went in with a friend today to be added to her safe deposit box for access. First off, the bureaucracy for doing this is absurd. Secondly, the wait times were absurd. 1 teller working. Felt sorry for that poor sap. 10 people and more in line to talk with a human being. Very angry people abounded. Multiple branches are temporarily or permanently closed. Of course more people are going to go to any specific branch for in-erpson banking needs. Move the workers who should be working at the closed branches to the ones remaining open. Makes me not regret moving to online banking.

Don’t count on getting in and out quickly no matter what time of day you go. There are never enough tellers, extremely long wait.

Do not go here. The teller was very rude. We walked into an empty bank and she said we could not be assisted because we did not have an appointment. An empty bank, 3 employees doing nothing, and we were the only customers in there. I was very shocked at her condescending tone and the fact that an empty bank could not help us... safe to say I will not use this location. Headed to the Poway Rd location and they were VERY accommodating.

Unfortunately because of Covid the people that they have hired are totally incompetent. This causes very bad customer service and I cannot give a good review of this bank at this time. Hopefully the competent staff will return when things open up on June 15. Until then I cannot recommend this bank
