I went there last week, its overpriced, understaffed, and said staff is very rude if they have to do anything besides sell you your alcohol. The selection is good however.
That being said, If you want better prices, nicer staff, a bigger selection, and a nicer interior, go to total wine & more on carmel mtn road. Its night and day for a bit of extra driving.

Bought the wrong wine using BevMo account but didn’t get a printed receipt, so they refused to give me a refund when I tried to return the wine the next day.

They're always quick here, there's always a good selection. We've brought our dogs in here before with no issues. Plenty of parking too.

Good selection of all types of beverages. Wines were good, and the ones on sale, buy an additional bottle for five cents, were great values for good wine.
