Bicycle Warehouse is a great bike shop with very helpful and knowledgeable staff who are quick to assist. They provide fantastic and outstanding service, helping customers select the right and perfect bike for their type of riding, whether for mountain biking or for pedal assist electric bikes. The staff is patient and takes the time to answer all questions, educating customers during tune-ups and minor adjustments. They have a good selection of bikes and gear. The servicing makes bikes look and feel like new. For many, it is a mountain biker's consistent and reliable go-to shop and the premier destination for all things mountain biking. Staff are very helpful, and quick to assist. I dropped of my bike for a tune up, and Robb was quick to identify a minor adjustment to the derailleur clutch, and educated me at the same time!
