Went in to update beneficiaries on my accounts, no-one in the branch seemed to want to help me(the branch was not busy). I was seated in the waiting area and had the joy of listening to the Chase Private Client banker and his coworker chitchat (neither thought it important to help the customer waiting) The Private Client banker finally asked me if I was being helped, to which I replied, no. He said that his coworker would eventually help me once he was finished with another customer, and then he proceeded to sit as his desk and seemingly do nothing. I finally just walked out having wasted 15 minutes of my time. Zero customer service out of this branch. Not recommended.

Is this a bank, or a coffee shop? Sorry - that's actually offensive to coffee shops, which are probably run more professionally than this place. They close early whenever they want, for no reason. It's not like people generally have urgent, time-sensitive things to do at a bank.

Scheduled an appointment to open a joint checking account, waited for 20 minutes. A couple walked in to do the same exact thing with no appointment. One of the two tellers working finally became available and took the walk in ahead of us. Super rude incompetent service. We’ve been thinking about joining a credit union, thanks for giving us the push to do that.

Have been banking with this Chase branch since 2017. Although I moved a couple of times, I’ve always been able to get the help I need from the nice staff members at this location.

Surprisingly bad customer service. I scheduled an in person meeting here and the banker was 15 minutes late. Later, we had a phone meeting scheduled and he missed the meeting altogether. I even called his number multiple times during our scheduled meeting time to no answer. It’s very difficult to get ahold of employees at this location and they struggle to fulfill their commitments to scheduled meetings. I find this to be unprofessional. I am moving my accounts to other banks.

Very bad service. Javier was rude. Would not cash my check. I feel discriminated against. Wanted to call my employer and embarrass me. Pushed me aside for next customer.

Excellent customer service every time! My wife and I both bank here for multiple yrs, and do anything from banking to investment to notary... All private bankers and rest of banking staff are super nice, caring, and efficient. Even puppies are welcome

The distasteful service, particularly from Dane, at this branch has prompted my decision to cease my business with Chase. Despite making numerous visits over 6 months to change the name on my business credit card, my last visit revealed they wouldn’t be able to update my CC as requested. It's sad that Chase, a major bank, struggled with a basic credit card update. What compounds my disdain is I was informed for 6 months by three bankers and three credit card specialists this was an easy fix.

Uninformed and disorganized. Had a meeting here and they couldn't answer most questions and did little to motivate me to reactivate my account with them. Felt brushed off completely

Very clean, and not too busy. Parking lot outside the bank (parking is major issue in this area) very convenient. Stopped by to deposit the check, the cashier was friendly and polite. Good experience
