Mission valley location always finds me the best car possible.. many times I get an upgrade for no extra charge. And the staff are friendly and work very fast to get you on the way as quickly as possible.

Just wanted to share my experience with this Enterprise. I picked up my vehicle, which happened to have some technical problems with the automatic system (this was likely a manufacturing problem with this particular vehicle). After speaking with Andrew and changing my rental car, he put my concerns at ease and corrected the issue. I use Enterprise over its competitors because they are always accommodating, even through unforeseen problems. Thanks so much, Andrew and the Enterprise team at Mission Valley!

I needed to rent a car when my car was damaged by a tree trimming truck. They gave me a good price and pick up went fairly smooth. But the drop off was excellent!!! Drew and Nadine at the Mission Valley location were a precision team, and I was barely there 10 minutes. Drew was so professional and quick!!! I would recommend them to my friends and will go there again if I need a rental car.

Busy location when we picked up the SUV; pleasant experience with the rental agent. Outside, masked, and quick! The vehicle was washed as it was just dropped off but the inside was barely clean. So, with covid-19 precautions, I thoroughly cleaned, vacuumed, and disinfected the cab. We extended the rental as our plans changed. It was an easy experience on the phone but because the neighborhood location was closed on Sunday, we had to wait until Monday to return. Check hours for locations other than the airport, which usually offer 24/7 in major cities. The agent upon return was disappointed in our cleanliness issue when we picked up, and without asking, credited us $100 off the rental, and apologized! Top customer service award to Enterprise on Camino Del Rio S. in San Diego!!

Mission Valley Enterprise is the best ever. I have been renting from them for years and have never had a problem. Staff is always very professional and courteous. I have had nightmares with other rental places especially at the airport! But these guys are always awesome!!!

I rented my car ahead of time and made the choice to pick up the car at the Handlery Hotel in San Diego. On Tuesday I called what I thought was the hotel to change my reservation for Friday instead of Thursday. On Wednesday I checked in online and thought wow!! Well during my lunch break from work I took a Lyft to the hotel and guess what it was closed due to covid-19 but the website had checked me in to that hotel branch. Then I called the El Cajon Blvd location and asked for pick up and was told to call the location close to the hotel. I am disappointed in customer service and website.

Had a rental for a couple of days. Had our RV in Admiral Baker RV park and needed a car to go for Dr. appointments, etc. Great staff. Very reasonable cost. Nice not having the "airport" tax. Will rent again from this location

FIRST REVIEW (they were posted backwards) Expect to wait 30+ minutes for your rental car, which inevitably will not be the one you reserved online, because oops! They don't have it! Would've been nice to know when I booked the specific car, that it wasn't available. It's clearly a busy location, but they are either extremely understaffed or extremely incompetent. Will never return to this location, and probably won't be using enterprise again.

Mr. Rahmahn Davis Thank You! He was kind, efficient,patient and so very helpful! Despite his busy office, Mr. Davis assisted me in looking for my discount and then when the gentleman in Bishop attempted to charge for for an extra day and not what I was quoted, Mr. Davis corrected the balance. I am very grateful and Enterprise is my go to rental company!

I was completely satisfied with the service I received from Enterprise representatives both over the phone and on site. I called in to rent a car for different time periods and the agent over the phone calculated the different options and offered me the best solution. I was picked up to collect my car at the Camino del Rio site in San Diego and had great service. It so happened that I had to return the car early and at another site and I was accommodated with no extra charge and only had to pay for the days I used the car. I dropped the car off way up north in Calabasas at the Ventura Blvd site. I am completely pleased with my experience with Enterprise

I needed a car rental 2 days ago. I went into Enterprise to rent a car. I was greeted and helped by Nadine Orate. There were no cars available because I went in at 6pm. She called other locations to help me locate a car to my liking. It was after hours she made sure I got a vehicle. So if your in Mission Valley and need a Rental ask for Nadine. Great customer service. Thank you Nadine.

Got a rental car from them through my insurance company after an accident. The first visit was very pleasant, the told me they were taking $100 as an initial deposit for the car and that it would be returned when I give the vehicle back. A week later I checked my bank account and there was an additional $100 taken from my bank account, an UNAUTHORIZED PAYMENT. I contacted the store and was told that I was contacted by Nadine and there was a voicemail left. I went through all of my records and there is no missed call from enterprise and there is no voicemail from them. As soon as I found out this information I returned the car immediately. I spoke with Nadine and she acted as if she was not the one who contacted me after her coworker told me that it was her, Nadine is a liar and a thief. She knows that she never contacted me and stole 200 dollars from me. I will be contacting corporate.

The manager Roman Davis was completely unprofessional. The car I rented for my wife wasn't available at the time she arrived. She had to wait over an hour for them to pickup a vehicle at another location. After driving the vehicle 4.5 miles to my house it died and wouldn't start. I contacted the branch and they told me she had to wait another hour because everyone was at lunch. Here their customer was stranded with their vehicle that shouldn't have been rented in the first place and they were completely unapologetic and rude about the situation. Roman acted like I was inconveniencing him. Furthermore, when they finally picked her up almost 2 hours later to return back to the office to rent yet another vehicle... all they had left were minivans and pickup trucks. What a joke. Stay away from this location. Badly in need of new management.

Be careful when doing car return in the San Diego area on Sunday as several locations are closed. Dropping off at the airport is a $75 fee.
