There is a lady at front desk (with specatacles), wasn't even considerate to help even after telling we needed to go for an appointment. Wasnt even letting other person help us, all it needed was a 5min help, eventually someone else stepped up and helped us.

I was out of a vehicle for the week undergoing maintenance repairs and Evee happily assisted with the right vehicle for me and my family. If you need any rental needs visit Enterprise they have always served me with great customer care. I was given a courtesy ride home as well, the staff was very kind and helpful during this time. I appreciate the excellent service we received. Thank you!

Great experience and value! Staff were very accommodating and it was easy to call in and speak to a real live person. I will definitely use them again. Mauricio and Daniel gave me a wonderful all round experience. Car was clean, agents offered options after I asked more questions. Value for your money. Definitely going to use them again.GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

Horrific customer service. Was directed to come in early to save time and that my reserved vehicle was ready to go. One customer in front of me and still waited 40 minutes to get my vehicle. The person that walked me out to the vehicle in a downpour returned to get an umbrella and returned using the umbrella ONLY for himself and demanded I walk around in the downpour. He ignored a 8 inch area of damage telling me there ‘was nothing big’ to note. I took photos. Would I return to this location? Absolutely not!!!Inefficient, rude, lackadaisical. Corporate needs to send a new manager to do some firing, hiring, and training.AFTER posting my original 1 star review the manager responded quickly and did everything possible to remedy the problems I listed. Her professionalism, willingness to listen and quick action flipped a very negative customer experience and is very much appreciated. Five stars for the management response.

So I hire a car to drive from San Diego to LA to get to my international flight. I get there ready to go. I am told that my business card is a debit card and that they can’t accept it. I hand over my personal credit card and they tell me its a debit card as well, although it says credit card and that they can’t accept it either. I offer to pay in cash, which they can’t accept either. I ended up having to book a with a different rental car agency, take another uber across town just to be able to catch my flight. This had nothing to do with their staff but if you actually have something important to get to I would suggest to make a big bow around this company.

I have nothing but great things to say about truly all of my experiences with Enterprise Rental. I have been a gold member at times and now just a plus member. But, all the staff I have encountered in both Honolulu and San Diego have always gone well beyond the call of duty. I would NOT take this precious time as I am now if it were not the truth. There is an old corporate thought that goes "The answer is YES now what was the Question" - a perfect example here of my experience with this special company called Enterprise. I do not work for the companyor related to anyone whom owns this special family owned business either ....smile! Happy Holidays everyone - be safe out there. Truly impressed with each interaction I have had.

I came there for rental. They had me wait 30 mins awkwardly when an employee was in the bathroom. Before getting to my car. I got a rental in bad condition, and the back seat cushion was partially ripped out. But they said they only check significant damages to the BODY!A couple weeks later they called me and blamed ME FOR THE DAMAGE in the back. Because THEY HAD NO documentation.They are trying to get me to admit that it was me when I am being truly honest. I am so upset at this behavior.I definitely recommend going to the enterprise on balboa, they were patient with me had good communication, and gave me options on what to choose as a rental car.I rent cars often but location was truly a disaster and poorly managed.

I reserved a car online. Called the office 4 times to have them “pick me up”. No one ever answered. I took an Uber there to learn they had no cars and they had called everyone except the reservationist got my area code wrong so they left someone else a message. Local Mgr instigated this was not our fault that I’m stuck there without a car. With much back & forth that was calm and sensible explanation of what all had occurred I asked if their shuttle could take me to the airport to get a car. The young lady Mgr agreed. The driver of the shuttle was the only person that was apologetic and understanding.Just a comedy of errors within this long ago industry leader now showing serious lack of empathy & customer service for pig piled mistakes.

The pickup truck that I reserved in Mission Valley CA was sitting there waiting for me. V, the associate who assisted me was wonderful. Without her knowledge of my driving abilities she wanted to make sure that I’d be comfortable driving such a large vehicle- Toyota Tundra with a big V8. I assured her that I was and that I was looking forward to putting it to the test in the Cuyamaca Mountains. Everything went without a hitch and the return process was just as easy. V also gave me a credit for having to buy window cleaner to clean the inside of the windshield. I felt that was awesome customer service!I’d definitely consider renting a vehicle from Enterprise again and request V to handle my reservation!

I've already bragged before about Enterprise being the best rental company ever, but their customer service is over & beyond every single time I go there. Thank u to the Mission Valley team for saving my parking decal that I forgot to grab & going out of your way to preserve it's condition for me. I met with Willow this morning and I spoke on the phone with another woman, (I'm so sorry I forgot her name) but they were so sweet, personable and professional. They did not give me a hard time when I asked to find a larger vehicle Great customer service to the 2 females working this morning, November 9th at 8am
