I am making this my go-to place for all customs! Mr Hong and his family are very friendly, knowledgeable, and the fastest response/service I've seen in a business. Mr hong responded to my emails immediately, and was able to get a quick custom shirt order done in less than 24 hours. Quality was better than I was anticipating. I am certainly coming back for even more orders next time!

Very fast service. I have made multiple custom t shirts here. The t-shirts have gone through many washes and still look fantastic. Mr.Hong is very nice and knowledgable. I came in with some pictures to make a design out of and he was able to tell me which ones I would be able to use. I recommend this business for your custom t shirt and decal needs.

I love this place. Hong is very friendly and patient. He helped design shirts for my small business. Every time I want to update the shirts he takes time and helps me. I drive from Imperial Beach to go here every time. Great customer services. the shirts are great never had an issue. Thank you Fast Image Factory!

Great place, great prices, quick service. I’ve been coming here two years now. Wish I found them sooner instead of traveling all the way to El Cajon or Chula Vista malls (from downtown) that was the only Custom sticker shops I knew of. They were ten times more expensive than here. I was blown away about how much the prices they charge for the same exact thing was significantly lower. I even felt compelled to give a tip cuz I can afford too since I was expecting it to be around same pricing as the locations I been too. I’ll go here forever and recommend to ANYONE. Those two low stars is BS. Probably competitors faking their opinions. Nothing is wrong here absolutely nothing. They are always so nice. So no one will make false claims. Because every time I came here which is about 15 in two years. Not one time was bad.

Came here for the first time without any idea of how making tshirts works. I brought a long sleeve shirt and two tank tops. I was surprised to realize that the owner actually photoshops the items in front of you. I had thought you'd need to make your own file, but he does the work right before your eyes and the quality is really well done. He asks a lot of questions to make sure you're satisfied and even downloaded a new font when he didn't have the one I wanted. I showed a reference picture from Pinterest and it was copied to be exactly the same. I'll be coming here again for sure.

I absolutely love this place! I've gotten a total of 6+ items screen printed here and I love the service every time. The owners are adorable and very helpful. If you come in with an idea they're usually able to make it. I appreciate how they are able to create your design in front of you, so you can approve before printing. It also does not take long if you know what you want. 10/10 recommend coming here for your screen printing needs!
