I want to take a minute to share my great experience using the services of Home Loan Advantage.
I had another loan person working on my purchase, but he was not able to assist me on a multi family loan, wasting our time and almost making me lose the opportunity.
That’s when I got referred to Leon Felcher, he looked at the profile and right the way said that he was able to help, not only that, but he helped me to close in less than 30 days!!!!!!
He’s really professional, worked even on the holidays, showing knowledge and sharing with me all the different options of loans, giving his opinion and explaining which of them would be the best fit for my family.
I have no words to express my gratitude and appreciation for his service, we are a happy first buyer family and will definitely refer him to family members and friends.

Leon Felcher treats you like family! Leon is truly one of a kind — smart, trustworthy, and so genuine.
