One of the customers from this company crashed their car into my vehicle and now they are giving me a hard time trying to get my vehicle fixed. Horrible service. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I will change my review if they attempt to help my situation

I rented a Ford Mustang for 5 days and it was a disaster. For the price the car wasn't worth.The car had many problems like: windshield wipers that didn't wipe, speaker volume lock, top speed lock, broken plastics in the interior, slick tyres, etc. It was so dangerous. We agree with the trader about turning the car at the last day in the evening but when I turned back the car, he said that's not true and I had to pay 1 day more. I'm very disappointed about this.

Best deal in town if you need a car for a long term rental. They really take care of students especially international students. They are very transparent with no hidden fees like most of the larger car rental companies. Where else can you go where Mehdi, the owner of the company, would gladly help you with your rental. Good luck even speaking to a manager at the major companies. I definitely will be back and tell all my friends about them.

DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!!!! I received a 2014 Camry with a missing hubcap. The brake light was on. The low pressure light was on & the manager didn't care at all I tried explaining how danger their car is he could care less also he refused to give me a discount for giving me a crappy car. I WISH I COULD SERIOUSLY GIVE THIS GUY A ZERO!!!!!!

I usually don't leave reviews but I had such great service that I thought its only fair to share my experience. I required a last minute rental and found these guys near my office. They pick me up from the body shop where I had dropped off my car. Maui put me in a great rental which btw was spotless inside/out and a full tank of gas. Most rental places don't do a great job keeping their inventory clean.

First I would like to thank Joy Car Rental and the amazing staff that does a great job. I travel all over the world, I rent cars and unfortunately I have had these big companies take so much of my money. It was frustrating, until a friend to me to Joy Car Rental. Price is what matters to me most, and they have unbeatable prices as well as selection. In addition to that it was a great expletive from beginning to end. They were kind of to check on me throughout the trip and give recommendations. I know I will never rent a car from anyone on the West Coast but Joy Car Rental. Again thanks and if you want to rent a car and not get taken advantage of Joy Car Rental is it.

Anybody should avoid this company. First by the lack of professionalism from the staff. Then the car was delivered to me in an unsafe and bad condition which led to damages that i had to pay on my own! They are just there to collect money. No assistance and no follow up! TO AVOID

One of my best car rental experiences without a doubt. After having inconveniences with other companies I decided to give Joy Car Rental a try... I couldn't have made a better choice! Their representatives are very friendly and supportive and the prices... wow! It was my chance to rent a very cool car without going broke, loves it! :)

Horrible company. We pointed out damage on the vehicle that was not listed on their form, prior to renting, and they got an attitude saying it's not our responsibility to point out damage. Huge customer service issues and didn't have the car we reserved. Worst car company I've ever used.

Wow needed something right away for my mom last second vacation planning and they came through, simplified the process also. Economical budget also for monthly rental. Most important is the positive attitude and great customer service and understanding my situation and their flexibility.

I cannot say enough good things about the place . Cars were reliable and clean . The staff was constantly trying to Go above and beyond for me . The manager personally handled a few things for me and I really appreciated that . Anytime I need car I will go here !

We rented from Joy over the NYE weekend! They had cars available!! The rental process was smooth and easy! The employees over the phone and in the shop were very nice and helpful. They worked with us and were very accommodating for us! We had no issues with the vehicle, and the pick-up/ return was easy. We will definitely rent again! No up charging or hidden scams. Just a smaller reasonable car rental spot, I mean how could you go wrong with a name like Joy Car rental. =} Thanks guys! See you soon!

When I had a bad experience with Enterprise they messed up my reservation and didn't have a car for me so when I was recommended to go to the Joy car rental I spoke to Mehdi and he hooked me up with a car right away and even gave me a veteran's discount and the service was great and I highly recommend this place to anyone

Definitely recommend this place over the big players in the market. Never have I seen a car rental being so accommodative and helpful. They are amazing and I'll definitely rent them again. The girls are very helpful and I could not, but, awe at their professionalism and customer service.
This place was so good that I created an Yelp account to review them and since I value Google reviews the most, making sure I share my experience to help others.
