We took our very anxious 11 year old maltipoo here and we're so happy with the staff . From the first phone call scheduling his first appointment with them I felt reassured. The vet came in and sat on the floor with him for quite some time to get him more comfortable with her and both her and the technician took time to get to know him and put us at ease . Our pup needed to have his teeth cleaned and ended up getting 4 teeth pulled. They outlined the procedure thoroughly and gave us costs before hand . On the day of his surgery they were so kind and understanding. I am so happy to have found them!

Dr. Lindsey saved my cat Romeo’s life. Another vet missed his diagnosis. Dr. Lindsey came on his days off to get my cat healthy. He is so kind and experienced. I highly recommend LVC. I trust him and his staff. Thank you! Libbey

Kai came in for her exam and everyone was super nice! The doctor explained everything thoroughly. I also liked that they send out an estimate before scheduling so you can make your decision without rushing. Defined recommend this place !

Dr. Lindsay and his staff are unlike any other vet care facility out there , the focus at the veterinarian office is not what dollar amount they are going to get out of you to fix and help your animal but rather there is compassion and caring about you and your animal in the well-being of it entire process there was unlike any I have ever experienced I was not looked at the dollar sign but yet as a true friend in the long run ,thank you. And thank you so much I love you

We love Dr. Lindsey, but I wouldn’t recommend him. We’ve trusted him for many years with our pets and he’s a lovely man, he’s been extremely patient and accommodating despite our cat being a true nightmare at the vet’s office.That said, he missed an ear infection that was causing her to itch so much that she had horrible scabs. It was found 2-3 weeks later by a different vet after one exam. Dr. Lindsey gave a supply of steroids for itching instead of a solution. Further, we specifically asked his staff to check her anal glands because she was scooting and were explicitly told they were checked - they were not.Because our cat is aggressive at the vet she must be fully sedated. That means every visit is harmful to her long-term health. We now feel we have harmed her health on several occasions for potentially no reason - I don’t know what they were doing with her but it wasn’t thorough examinations, apparently.Again, we thank Dr. Lindsey for his kindness. I did not appreciate his staff telling us they had checked her glands when they hadn’t, it left us worried our cat could have something more serious going on when all they had to do was be honest with us. We would have been upset but at least the honesty would have made up for it.

I lobe Dr. Lindsey. Been to at least 5 different vets in San diego over the last 30 years. None are as good as Dr Lindsey. The staff is fantastic too!

Nothing but amazing things to say about this team. Both Doctors and all the staff are phenomenal. They are all so kind and genuinely caring people, and you can tell they love what they do. I have been taking my Pug there for years and have not had a single complaint (besides the fact they aren't open on weekends) If you are looking for a Vet who actually cares about you and your furry family this is the spot! Thank you team for all your help. It is greatly greatly appreciated

We have entrusted the care of our felines to Dr. Lindsey for close to a decade. He is kind, calm, passionate about veterinary medicine, and brings 40 years of experience to his practice. The support staff is great and, although we have multiple vet offices in walking distance from our home in La Jolla, it is worth the drive to bring our beloved kitties to Kearny Mesa for their care.

I'm a pet sitter, & I needed to bring my friend's cat to her vet. The staff was so friendly & the doctor was extremely thorough. They were so amazing that I'll probably my own animals there!
