I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding the last-minute cancellation of my appointment. After rearranging my schedule and prioritizing our meeting, being informed of the cancellation the same day felt not only frustrating but also dismissive of my time and commitment. From Sunday, Delaney asked to move my appointment to Thursday the next week.
With my flight approaching on Wednesday, this experience has left me feeling undervalued as a client. I hope this issue is addressed to prevent others from experiencing the same disregard in the future.

I had the BEST experience at Lovely Bride. This was my 3rd shop I've been too. Going into it was feeling frustrated with the process and afraid I was never going to find the dress. Delaney was so kind and sweet but overall helpful in listening to me & figuring out what I wanted. Because I had no idea lol. I said yes to the dress & I am obsessed!!

Delaney made this experience so amazing!! While I did go with another dress from a different boutique, Delaney made me want to pick a dress from Lovely just because she was so much more helpful and understanding! She listened to exactly what I wanted/needed and made the experience so fun along the way. She has an amazing eye for accessories and style as well. If I could wear two wedding dresses I would have, simply because I loved what she picked and the way she styled me! I picked Lovely on a whim and I’m so happy I did. Request Delaney, if possible. You will not regret it.

I had such a wonderful experience at Lovely Bride and Delaney was so awesome! You can tell that she is so passionate about helping you find ‘the one’ meant for you. My friends and I loved how patient and attentive to detail Delaney was when it came to specific comments on certain dresses, which made the process much easier! Her outgoing and friendly attitude made our time at Lovely Bride very fun and comfortable! 10/10 I would recommend this shop to future brides!

Love lovely brides!! They had amazing, modern, unique dresses. The service was fantastic. Nicole was amazing, so helpful, knowledgeable, funny and a doll. She reassured us and Nicole was the best.

September 2024 bride here - Highly recommend Lovely Bride. I was in a tricky predicament where I already had a dress I felt rushed into buying last fall, and I decided to come in to try another that I felt could be the real one. Delaney answered my first email and was there all the way through the process of saying yes to the right dress :) I even brought in the first one to compare and discuss, which Delaney never made me feel weird about. The entire time it was so clear that Delaney genuinely wanted to help me make the best decision for me, regardless of whether she would be selling me a new dress. I’m so grateful to her for helping me get on track with the dress of my dreams.
Side note - lots of great places to eat + a cool neighborhood in north park, so definitely worth making a day out of it if you live far.

I had the best experience trying on dresses with Delaney! She made the process super comfortable and seamless and let me take my time to make my decision. I did end up getting my dress here and I felt so confident leaving that I made the right decision. She had the most positive energy which is just what I needed that day!

Loved loved loved my time here with Nicole! She made me feel so welcomed and beautiful throughout my appointment. Nicole was able to read my emotions and body language before I even voiced my opinions and adjusted styles accordingly. I loved how she interacted with my bride tribe too!

I went to Lovely Bride in hopes to find my wedding dress, as the previous two places I went to were both misses. What an amazing experience! Nicole was SO helpful and patient, and had great recommendations. She was also just so friendly and easy to get along with, that it made my experience that much better. I felt comfortable voicing my opinions and being myself there. I am so happy to say that I found my dress with Nicole and am SO excited!!! This was my third bridal shop that I went to in San Diego. I went there specifically looking for Made with Love wedding dresses. The girls were so helpful and knowledgeable. I felt no pressure to make a decision. They pulled dresses that I wanted to try and pulled dresses based off of the things that I was saying while in other dresses. I could have spent an hour and a half in there (that is the only thing I would change), but I found my dress! I couldn't be more satisfied! They also explained to me that their alterations expert was their go to seamstress and was very familiar with their dresses. I felt at ease knowing that. I can't wait to get my dress and see it on. Lovely is defiantly a low pressure salon and not overwhelming what so ever!

Lovely bride was the 3rd bridal shop I visited and the best experience out of the 3. I was greeted by Delaney and right from the start, she was energetic, which really helped calm my nerves. She helped make this such an exciting experience and knew exactly all the questions to ask to help me find the dress I loved! Thank you Delaney!
