The overall service was very good and plenty of help from the staff. The only downside was that the most popular tiles were not available for at least a month.

We had a terrible experience at this place. The two employees we dealt with were dishonest and unprofessional, showing no integrity in their work.
We worked with two staff members, Carlos and Asim, to put three slabs on hold. Carlos repeatedly suggested that we bribe him or buy him lunch or dinner to ensure the slabs were reserved for us. We assumed he was joking, albeit inappropriately. They assured us that the slabs would be held for two days so we could finalize the purchase with our fabricator. However, just one day later, we discovered that the slabs had never been placed on hold—they were already sold.
We went back to the store to get answers, but they offered no explanation. It seemed likely that someone else had bribed them to secure the slabs. To make matters worse, Asim tried to show us "new" slabs that had supposedly just arrived. In reality, these were the same slabs we had seen on our previous visit. This was yet another lie and another example of their deceptive practices.
I would never recommend this place to anyone and will be taking my business elsewhere.

The San Diego location never answers their phones. So you literally have to go there to get them to answer very simple questions. My calls always gets routed to a person that can barley speaks English…😬

The showroom has lots of displays and the helpers (Destiny) are very nice and help in choosing products.

Our contractor sent us to MSI to look at quartz, when we arrived we were very overwhelmed. That is until Destiny arrived and saved the day! We could tell she was already helping someone else but her ability to help us both was AMAZING! We appreciated her knowledge and positive attitude. She even offered to send us samples! We will definitely be referring our friends to Destiny!

Helped by 3 employees, all delightful and extremely informative. Got samples of our tile, and they gave us a mix of lighter / darker of our pattern, got a counter sample and they are shipping another sample. Will be buying from dealer. Wonderful experience

We were referred to MSI by our contractor and the experience both met and exceeded my expectations. Charlie was extremely helpful. He assisted me when I needed it with a difficult selection decison with his wealth of knowledge. All of the team that we came into contact with were also friendly and knowledgeable. They were ready to assist if asked. The storefront is well laid out, very clean and uncluttered making it very easy to look through the options. I highly recommend MSI.

I always have a positive experience here. They have more of a selection than any other place I have been to and the warehouse of slabs is a great way to shop.Sebastian helped us yesterday and was incredibly knowledgable. He knew pricing off the top of his head. Was able to show us comparable counter tops in different material based on what scheme/color/look we preferred. He is also incredibly patient. This is a big decision for us and he stayed with us while we walked, and re-walked every isle.Highly recommend.
