was charged almost $400 because they claimed the gas tank wasn’t full although i filled it completely about a mile away from drop off. came back to home depot to get it fixed, but was sent to another location where the truck was sent- opened the tank and it’s literally full to the brim. they did ultimately refund us, but apparently this is a common issue with this Home Depot. drop off your truck elsewhere. the people who helped us were very nice. it just was a very unnecessary run around that was very avoidable.i’d say don’t use the after hours drop box so you can watch them check the truck.

Overall I was very pleased with Penske however this location left out a lot of important information regarding the vehicle such as to fill the tank on the vehicle you have to remove the nozzle almost all the way from the tank or you'll only get a 3/4 tank fill or that you need to keep an eye on the Exaust fuel, something I'd never heard of. The clerk while mentioning she would note the fuel was not full did not actually note it on the paperwork. The vehicle functioned as needed and was very pleased with the service from corporate Penske regarding pick up location change due to the reserved vehicle not being available at the pick up location.

The worst costumer service. we saw 3 employees there one lady and 2malenot even a smile or good morning. May be because they are working on Sunday? Horrible attitude from the front desk man.

Tried renting a 16' truck for our move cross country. The gentleman behind the desk did not know how to do a walk around, nor did he know how to hook up their car carrier to the Penske truck. He had to be shown how. We then had to change to a second 16' truck because the first one reeked of weed. The second one was not any better. We called Penske and explained to them what happened and they spent over an hour finding another location and option for us. The gentleman behind the counter said he would try and help find another option, but did not find anything and gave up. Thank God Penske had a great customer service rep, otherwise we would have not been able to get a truck and move on time. We had to get one at a location 25 mins away and then drive back for the car carrier. The rain didn't help. I do not recommend this location.
