Just the absolute worst ever. Priority Movers misplaced our belongings, stole our belongings, did not log in our belongings, which we got reimbursed for and to this day, there is still a box that according to their former employee Jane Graybill. Shewas not able to find it and assumes it went off property. On our delivery day, only half of our furniture arrived, half a bed, half a couch, missing lamps, vases ets. This is when we were told, no one logged in our belongings and therefore could not be found. It was clear that we got the D team because when all of this choas happened, they sent their A team who could not beleive the furniture was assembled incorrectly. The owner came by and took pictures of the poor packing. They dumped our holiday belongings in a box so they could use our plastic bins since they did not bring enough boxes and papers. They somehow looked through all their storage units with our furniture id on it and delivereda while after our original move. We move around a lot and we have gone with big national names such as Mayflower, Allied, North American but since we wanted to support local b business and your company was recommended AND more expensive, we thought we would go with Priority. The biggest mistake ever and we will NEVER recommend Priority to any military or non military family that moves a lot. Once we told people that we were also storing off island , everyone said they were not surprised once our belongings went off and out of town, things would get taken and the last item in were tools and the first item stolen was tools. At least the company kept writing checks for the missing and stolen items. Oddly enough, right when we were to settle and we had been working with the insurance adjuster, Jane Graybill suddently disappears( what a surprises-wink wink) and we start all over with another gal who tells us they cannot put a replacement price on sentimentality. So china platters got ruined and chipped. They did not wrap just placed in boxes without any paper. We took a whole roll of film of the damage done to the items returned to us.. Priority Movers, never again. They made it very clear they cannot pay for sentimentality but our daughters Mission Project that we had saved over the decades got also crushed..they just stuffed in without wrapping in the middle of a box so it was literally ruined.. It was apparent, that not one employee that packed and moved us could have cared less and only until the A team and the owner of the company saw how we were moved, did they start to care a bit.

Ryan and Manny worked well together to get the job done. They both were very pleasant and courteous. Eric and Lacy worked to meet my time frame for the job. Thank you to all.

I was very disappointed with the overall experience. They moved us rom San Diego to San Francisco area on July 19 to July 26. The pre-move process was very nice. Office people and Don in particular (the agent I worked with) acted very professionally (I would give them B+). But the actual move was very unsatisfactory. The packers did not do a good job. The packed many unrelated things together and lost many of our assembly pieces. Electronic equipments wires and accessaries were packed together and some were lost, (I would give them a D). and delivery people were awful. They damaged and broke few things in front of our eyes. The truck driver was not responsive after the move when we were missing a few boxes and one box in particular that had all the assembly parts. We had several items damaged , broken or missing (I would give them an F). Overall this was the worst moving experience for us and I have moved 8 times from US to Europe, east coast to west cost twice and Chicago to San Diego twice. I would not recommend this truck driver and his crew. But the office people and operation people are very good. I wonder why they never tried to fix the problem we had with the driver unresponsiveness. We are still waiting for claims to be handled by their claim office. and truthfully we are not done with them. I also waited 3 months to write this review hoping that something would turn better, but it has not.

To start off the customer service was great, however, when I received my furniture I had a couple of damages. It was bought from Jerome's furniture (so it wasn't cheap like Ikea), they manage to destroy it through carelessness. It takes a lot of force to destroy the type of furniture that I have, but managed to do it. I did go through claims and contacted the representative who were both gave me excellent service and apologized for the damages. I just wish the workers weren't as rough they are on the furniture I had moved. I recommend getting there insurance coverage, it's a lot more extra but, given the type of people who were moving my stuff, they seem to not have cared one bit.

If I could give zero stars I would. The packers missed several drawers and a cabinet, bu ut luckily left a box that was half full. Movers showed up early to load the truck, and all was great until about 3pm. I fed them, provided drinks through the day, and my father even tipped them all. At 3 I overheard them talking about how they couldnt wait to be done. At 5 they cornered me by the truck asking if I knew the weight, and that it was up to 14,000lbs. We are only alloted 10,500 military move, husband overseas. They told me I was looking at paying 3,000 to 5,000 easy upon delivery and said I needed to leave my stuff behind. I trusted them, and agreed to leave my childrens 4 mattress sets, an expensive rug, my expensive samsung laundry pedestals, and other furniture and tool box. They left in such a hurry that they left tools, and moving blankets, along with my paperwork for the driver. I then realized they packed lincoln military housings closet doors, and wood. They were working on our unit from a flooded hit water heater. I called and emailed the company and got NO response. A week later I finally was helped by Brandi, who tried to help, but because I said ok out of fear, the company doesn't see anything wrong with my children no longer having a bed to sleep in. We moved do to money issues, so the fear of having to come up with another 5,000 just to get our furniture made me stupid. Stay far away from this company, they don't care about military families at all.

Do not ever use them. Worst customer service ever and they contracted out to a company that destroyed all of our stuff. Absolutely atrocious experience even for a moving company.

Priority moving carefully wrapped my furniture and loaded everything on their trucks. At the storage unit, they unloaded and placed everything in the storage units. The moving men were on time, and certainly enthusiastic and energetic about their work. The entire operation was done to my satisfaction. I did not at any time during the move have any regrets that I engaged this company to do the move.

They moved me from San Diego to Houston and it was the best and most inexpensive move I personally have ever had! They arrived as scheduled and two men moved my 928 sq/ft house in about 3 hours and packed it all with moving blankets and wraped that in plastic. Literally not a scratch or dent in anything. On the unload they put everything in place and again everthing was in prestine condition. I will use these guys if they ever move to Houston. The best movers in SD! Thank you Cornelius for the amazing moving experience.

Total bait and switch. Was quoted 4 hours for three ‘men' to move a one bedroom apartment. Ended up with some teenagers that took almost 9 hours, broke and scratched up our furniture and lost a few items as well. Customer service was polite and had some flexibility but overall was left with a hefty bill and damaged furniture. Wouldn't recommend.

Used them as movers, showed up a day late which they notified 1 hour before the scheduled time of when they were supposed to be there which cost me a day of cleaning with my apartments and couldn't get my deposit back. They told me they would give me a discount on my cost of move since I paid almost $1900 and now I received nothing and they are ignoring my calls. Do not recommend

I had my mother who is 85 ask to have them pack for her and had it setup the day before the move. Priority called and canceled the day before packing and said they would do it all the next day. The movers showed up and had no idea they also had to pack. It is late afternoon and they are still packing. It will be late this evening before we can even get the house setup for my mother who is naturally stressed about how long it is taking. I have no problems with the movers very hard working. Priority did not estimate this job correctly and hired out another firm with horrible information! I would never use this company after my mother's experience. Again, the movers were great but Priority set them up for failure. Tried to call Priority to complain but their mailbox is full!
