We have been taking our little one here for over 2 years and it's been great. My daughter loves the daycare, especially the teachers. The teachers really go above and beyond to interact with the children, develop fun activities, and demonstrate they care. Special shutout and appreciation to Miss Victoria, Miss Ledge and Miss Sherry! In addition, this year the site has a new director that has transformed the facility, increased communication, and has made transformational changes to make the experience great. Thank you!

We really enjoy this facility. Our son has been attending since he was 15 months and the toddler teachers were so kind, patient and understanding with his transition from staying at home with mom to a full day in the classroom. I love that they prioritize a curriculum while also incorporating art, projects and useful life skills. Kindercare does have an app that updates you throughout the day about your child’s progress and that is just one more plus in knowing your child is safe, comfortable and having fun. The administrative staff are all kind, helpful and welcoming. We really enjoy our time here and can see the difference with our child as he grows. Thanks Kindercare San Carlos!

Our little guy has been attending KinderCare for about four months now, since he was four months old. It's really scary to leave a baby that little with anyone but the team here has made it so easy and comfortable for us.The ladies in the infant room (Raelissa, Karolynn, Eugenia) truly feel invested in my child's growth and development and I really feel like I have a team that's working with me to raise our son right. They listen intently when we give guidance on how we want things done with him, but also readily communicate with us when we want to talk through ideas. Plus we get updates and photos throughout the day, every day, that help me feel connected.They have made being a working mama a lot less scary.

My child has been attending San Carlos KinderCare for over a year now. She started in the infant room and is now with the toddlers. I have had nothing but postive interactions through this first year with both the teachers in each classroom she has been in and with the leadership team. The teachers have shown they genuinely care about my child and the best part is I can tell she enjoys going to school everyday. This makes for an easy drop-off, and I look forward to the pictures and activity updates I get throughout the day. I am happy to be a part of this community.

My child has attended Kindercare since he was 4 months old. We enrolled him when the center was still re-organizing after a few years of poor management, and while we never directly interacted with staff prior to the leadership changes, we can tell the center has undergone tremendous growth since then! The director and assistant director are wonderful to work with - impressively engaged with all of the parents, children, and teachers. The staff plans fun spirit weeks, holiday events, and summer curriculum to bring the family community together. My son has absolutely thrived in his classes - Ms. Rosemary, Ms. Cherry, and Ms. Ledge truly care so much for their students and we can tell have played a significant role into shaping him to be the awesome kid he is. They aren't afraid to bring up issues when they arise, and are always willing to work with us to find ways to resolve them together. We are so happy to be a part of the Kindercare family.

Our son started at Kindercare at 18 months and is now well over 2 years old. We have had a great experience from the toddler class with Ms. April and Ms. Victoria on to the Preschool with Ms. Ledge and Ms. Cherry. The center does a great job communicating with us daily and we feel our son is safe and thriving developmentally.

Our daughter has been at the San Carlos KinderCare since she was 4 months old, and she’s loved being there. We really like the staff and teachers, everyone is so pleasant and they listen to our concerns. We have not had any incidents that were not addressed, and we feel very trusting of them with our daughter’s care. It’s a wonderful learning environment for young children to foster early developmental skills and social interactions. Thank you to the entire staff!!

My daughter shifted over to Kindercare San Carlos when she turned two. She has absolutely LOVED Ms. Cherry and Ms. Ledge. The curriculum in the classrooms and the amazingly creative activities the teachers do to supplement the themes have resulted in amazing growth and development. The combination of the structured curriculum with free play allowing for creativity is perfect. The school also does really neat evaluations to ensure staff and parents have the opportunity to work together around areas for potential growth. The school also facilitates really fun things to engage the families (like pie day!). The management is exceptionally responsive to any requests and appears to really support their teaching staff. Overall we have been so happy with the transition!

This center is AMAZING! From the staff to the curriculum, absolutely amazing!!! My daughter who is four years old now has been there since she was an infant and has done nothing but thrive in this environment. The teachers are so loving and caring, and well trained. The Director Daphne has made a huge impact in the past three years, bringing new ideas, fun events and diversity to the center! There’s a true sense of community! I cannot say enough about the school!! Stop by for a tour today!!

My daughter attended KinderCare San Carlos from 6 months old to almost 2 years old. Unfortunately, we moved away (military family). This review is way overdue but wanted to express my appreciation and gratitude to the teachers and staff. I loved KinderCare! They took really good care of my daughter and helped her grow in so many ways. They were great with communication and kept me updated throughout the day on her care. My daughter loved it. She learned, had fun, and engaged in lots of activities. The director, Daphne, and assistant director, Katrina, were awesome and were both very engaged with all of the children. I appreciated Daphne’s input/advice; you can tell she is very knowledgeable about early childhood development and education. Her leadership and experience is a testament to the success of the center. KinderCare San Carlos is very fortunate to have such amazing and caring employees.

My daughter attended KinderCare San Carlos from 6 months to 2 years old. She loved her teachers and learned so much. The center is transparent and communicative. Loved the app! Was able to check on my daughters activities during the day. Amazing teachers who were so caring. Would definitely recommend. We had a great experience.

We love San Carlos KinderCare. My child has been been here for 5 yrs and has come such a long away. We couldn't have done it without the love and support from all the wonderful staff at KC, who supported us through the years and got us through Covid. Forever grateful. Thank you San Carlos KinderCare for everything. We will miss you dearly. Send your kids here, you will love watching them grown and learn.

I live behind this daycare and share a fence. I am leaving this review because I have now been woken up one too many times by kids who are not supervised properly or kept under control by their teachers. After hearing 5 kids in a row scream their lungs out - like, SCREAM - I have to write this review. It’s cold in the mornings, and it’s obvious without even looking over the fence that the kids are not having a good time. People live here! Be considerate and at least let the kids run around at an hour when it’s more likely that people are awake. Two teachers is not enough to supervise twenty yelling toddlers. At least they finally replaced that god awful circus tent umbrella - it’s now a more soothing shade of green.
