Booked a full face with Evelyn N and had a fab experience from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend her. Evelyn was not only skilled in her art, but also warm and professional to work with. She helped me refine my look from pics I brought in and introduced me to some great products. Loved my soft glam / no-makeup makeup! Best skin color matching I’ve ever had from a MUA, and everything still looks gorgeous 6 hours later. Thanks again!

I visited Sephora to buy some foundation but received no assistance from the available representatives. Save yourself the trouble and order online to avoid terrible customer service.

It’s been awhile since I’ve been to Sephora & I had a great shopping experience! Isa was a wonderful help & very knowledgeable. I asked her for suggestions on skin care products & brow products, & she went above & beyond. Even sent me recommendations thru the Sephora website. I would def recommend for everyone to go to Isa for help with finding great products & for reassurance in your skin care/brow journey ❤️

Most of the 1 star reviews, I believe, are because this is a fairly slower store (which I love because they are ALWAYS stocked and have assistance whenever you need it), therefore the associates may have a little more time on their hands. Meaning, they are probably ready to help at any time. I wonder if the “harassment” or “suspiciousness” is due to this and the associates aren’t all speaking to each other, I imagine, on who has already spoken to which customer so it could come off as overwhelming. I love this store - always clean, products are typically stocked, and associates are nice. Liberty station is also a great location!

Went to this location about 2 weeks ago and was the worse experience I’ve had at a Sephora. There were about 6 workers on the floor and every single one of them ask me what I was looking for (understand when one or two ask, but all of them?). I went here to try on some perfumes and see which one I liked the most to buy, but I had people so close observing me that wasn’t comfortable at all. I left the store to let the fragrance set and see how it adapted to my ph and came back about 30 minutes before close time. They had lights turned off already but door was open and two girls were standing right in the entrance, they told me they were closed, but even though I knew I was there 30 minutes before close time I understood and told them I just needed to take a photo of a product that I’d just order online (couldn’t remember the name of the fragrance, but knew where it was) and they didn’t allow me. I even said that I could give them my phone to take the photo if I they were closing early but they just said no (all of this inside of the store) and that I needed to leave, but that if I wanted to buy I could come back next day when they opened. Least to say they didn’t say this nicely, they were both condescending. I see this is isn’t new at this location, and Sephora should do something about the people they hire and teach them how to actually treat their costumers.

1. There’s about 6 sales associates on the floor all with nothing to do so they each came up to me every 5 minutes asking if I needed anything, following me around the store. It was not only irritating to not be able to shop in peace but also accusatory that I was the only one being asked and checked on every 5 minutes.
2. The cashier entered my phone number and said my receipt would be emailed to me. Now a week later still no receipt, AND no proof on my account that I purchased all these items.
I called both customer service and the store to see if they could find and credit my account with the points I earned with the purchase and they said they couldn’t find the transaction and that the cashier probably forgot to enter my phone number….no resolution and very annoying store experience.

They were constantly following us we had to get some last minute makeup before we traveled out of country. We would walk some where they were all there after consistently harassing us we felt rushed grabbed what we needed and left. We are a minority not sure if that had anything to do with it. They could’ve gone about it a better way.

I had 7 items on my list. I’m a guy and first time at the store . I want to give a shout out to everyone that works there , specially Tracy . She help me find all the items items less than a minute. If that was me , it would had taken me hours to find all those items . 10 ✨ out of 5.

I was there yesterday, tried to buy some perfume and blush. Not sure how many associates, I think they were 5-6.They all chatted with each others, zero attention and suspicious behavior to the customer. Like I will steal something.I was smelling perfumes right by the register and the blonde lady at the register didn’t even say hi or didn’t even look to my side.Well I decided not to buy anything.

Location is ideal place isn’t teaming with teenagers - such a relief that you can actually move around without girls blocking every aisle. 4 not 5 since no one asked me if I needed help, and stood around in a clump talking to one another while I tried to find what I needed.
