Recently moved to One Paseo and discovered The Butchery. Their menu is traditional but unique and well prepared. You can tell management cares about their product. Hope this place sticks around because it’s nice to have an option like The Butchery amongst the colocated chains.

Spent a little over $100 today. Two of the hot sandwiches(char dogs) were served cold. Informed counter staff employee of our displeasure. First time we have visited this establishment and was looking forward to a positive experience based on previous customer reviews.

After doing some research on some of the best burger spots in San Diego the butchery was on my list. Initially when you walk in it’s a butcher/grocery store and took me a minute to find the menu to order. I opted for the burger and fries. The burger itself was delicious and had good flavor the fries however were a bit underwhelming. I would love to come back and try their other sandwiches but I do recommend the burger.

The shop opens at 9 and the kitchen opens at 10 am. The crew is helpful. The service is fast. The place is clean. The food is fresh and delicious. Order Beef Burger, Chicken Burger, and French Fries.

Smash burger is just about the perfect burger for my taste! Fries were amazing and crispy as well. Fantastic little marker and butcher counter as well, got their guanciale for carbonara and it really made the difference!

High quality of meat with various kinds. Nice and gentle worker. Can buy all kinds of spice for the barbecue. Highly recommend. Will visit again :)

The Butchery is what you would think it would be by the name. It’s a butcher with fine meats but they also have a plethora of other things like seafood, groceries, wine, etc. They also have a sit down area where you can order something to eat and sit there to eat. Prices are a bit high on the meats but I suppose it’s just the markup for the areas served.

I ordered two burgers with only cheese and told to server to not put anyhting on them i stead he put onions and and the entire garden on my burger and one of them didn't even come. When i ordered a salmon salad, they put barely any salmon on it and the salmon was raw.

What a cute place to visit! The outdoor shopping center is super quaint, makes the setting enjoyable. We ordered the French dip was delicious and the French fries were crunchy and fresh. I definitely recommend it. Service on Friday at lunch was slow but worth it.
