I use their online checkout and in store pickup frequently. It's super easy and gives you reviews and recommendations with all the product specifications online which makes shopping a breeze. I've been there over 10 times in the past week working on renovating our new home so I am starting to know the store better which can be confusing but the employees are very helpful when asked. I wish their credit card had greater benefits but it is mostly a weak scam, other than that the store is beautiful, well kept, and efficiently operated.

The lady with the curly hair working the self check out on the right side facing the exit, between 8am-9am today October 19 is so rude. Your paid to be there act like it.

I walked into my local store and was looking for an impact gun to help me crew my shelves into the 2/4 in the walls and a young man named Cody helped me just wanted to give him an amazing review he was very helpful and was attentive right away thanks Cody now I can drill away !! Happy customer happy life !!

Gabriel @Pro Desk is Absolutely Rude!! Smart Mouthed & InconsiderateI thought this was a premiere HD location. It's truly unacceptable of this HD's Employee's Bad-BehaviorHighly Recommend to go to Competitors. We're not Pro-Accounts to be harassed to receive poor behavior and poor service!!! IF I COULD GIVE THIS HOME DEPOT LOCATION 10 STARS, I WOULD GIVE 11.I was blown away this afternoon by tye cleanliness and organization of the store and its employees. I actually was looking for something and an employee asked me if I needed any help. You might think this to be a common thing, but ket me tell you it is not. Some stores you go in the employees don't even greet the paying customers let alone ask if they can assist in any way.I have been to some locations where you have a very hard time with making a return, but here you are treated with respect as customer.I have to mention this because as I was looking for the store manager to comment about my enjoyable experience today in this location, the employee helping me mentioned that the manager is off today, but he offered to direct me to the Assistant Manager named Courtney.LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT Courtney the Assistant Manager.As I was approaching Courtney he was assisting one of the cashiers who had a question about a guy trying to make a purchase with cash that Courtney observed where sketchy bills.I was blown away at how that situation was handled. It was handled so professionally by Courtney abd saved the company a whole lot of money due to what that guy was trying to purchase.Courtney gave him the option to pay with a card or either we can call the authorities, to which case the man immediately left the store.Courtney and tgat Cashier deserve a raise and promotion!!!

Hey this is the best Home Depot I've ever been to. Don't bother going to another one, I won't. They actually didn't have what I was looking for today (indoor wall planters... niche item) BUT their plant selection is CRRRRAAAZZZYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!! This is the best plant selection at any Home Depot I've EVER seen. Wow. They had some really great stuff, so I'm excited to slap it in my living room... just need the actual wall planters now lol..I'm really writing this review because the staff here is SERIOUSLY INCREDIBLE!!PAULETTE runs this store and she knows everything. She is so kind and sweet. I literally saw her aura when I was looking for help and I knew she was the person to talk to. She went and got a shopping cart with me, AND SHE WIPED THE RAIN OFF WITH HER OWN PERSONAL JACKET. This is the level of care that Paulette gives. She is incredible.. and she gave my dog treats!!! He loves her!I also need to shout out RITA who is SO SWEET and instantly hugged me and gave my dog the rest of the bag of treats. TURKEY RACHEL RAY treats as Paulette pointed out, the good stuff. He is currently passed out in a food coma. Rita checked me out at the cashier station and she is so nice. She told me that you can RETURN DEAD PLANTS at home depot... did u know that? Cause I really didn't know that. I'm really hoping I don't kill them, but that's great that I have an insurance policy.Also I wanna shout out JELLY who has the coolest name ever and REALLY has her shit together. And also Jelly I'm sorry to ask this but if you're single please call me. Sorry I know that's gross and male behavior (sorry men who dont act this way). I don't think she is but I dream big, ok.Anyway come here if you're looking for plants! And the pots are REALLY nice as well. Many of the pots did not have drainage holes which is a bummer for a succulent parent like me but u can always drill ur own holes in pots with a diamond tipped drill bit. Not sure if you knew that either but now u do.I brought everyone here some donuts because I love them so much and they made my morning amazing. Hope everyone reading this has an amazing morning too and I bless this Home Depot from the sky so that they have the best day every day. I think they do already, because they are so nice.

This Home Depot is a joke. Ordered blinds they never got ordered. Then switched option because the first person tried to sell us on the most expensive customs and gave us no options for price range. The second employee was apologetic and got us an order for blinds they had in stock that they needed to cut and then would be ready for our installation team a month later for pick up. Installation and pick up day came. We get a phone call our blinds aren't cut and will not be ready in time for them to install. 3 days later cut blinds and install come. Install guy says they didn't pay him for demo in the work order or adjusting height which he didn't have time for today. Overall horrible experience. I'll make the drive to a competitor from now on to spend my money else where and also letting my 50k followers on social media know how horrible Home Depot's service is and should avoid using they're custom home department for anything.

We purchased ANDERSON WINDOWS from Home Depot on Fairmont in San Diego. They sent Luis to give us an estimate and Hector to measure. These guys were friendly and knowledgeable. We were not happy about the five-month wait for installation, but everything looked good, so we scheduled.Finally, the big day came and ALFA Construction arrived. Victor, Vladimir, and Dennis must be the best crew in the trade. They were courteous, so competent, and explained each step as I looked on. They asked me for my input and were happy to go with some minor adaptations. All windows fit perfectly, they insulated every little seam perfectly; the trim and detailing were excellent. Really a smooth operation all the way. After two days we had sixteen beautiful windows in our Allied Gardens home.Here's what I have learned: Your experience with Home Depot, Lowes, and others depends on the installers they use. We also had our Pergo flooring done through Home Depot. Since then, I will be sure to check out the installers for our upcoming kitchen and bathroom projects. Love our windows! Rick

I'm not sure if its every home depot, but the employees are SUPER helpful, IF you can get a hold of one. They seem to disappear when you are looking for them! They all seem knowledgeable enough to get you what you need, and that's it. I spent about 45 minutes there looking for a rubber plug that on the website was in a certain isle, but wasn't there! It was all the way in another end of the store! An employee helped me out once I was able to flag someone down.

I've always found the in store employees very helpful. Reason for not giving five stars is the low level of competence of the subcontractors they use for appliance installations. Ranges and overhead microwaves were incorrectly installed, forcing a return trip by a gentleman who described himself as a fixer. Sadly he didn't have the right tools to cut wood in order to furr out the microwave so that it would open properly. Another time a subcontractor didn't install everything that came with a garage door opener. Slap it up and get out of there before the customer notices anything is wrong seems to be the working motto of Home Depot crews.

This is for the Home Depot on Sports Arena in San Diego.I went there this morning with some major issues concerning an air conditioner I purchased from them. A nice lady named Renee took charge of the situation and fixed everything for me. Renee turned a @#$% situation into something much better. You have no idea how much her help did for my state of mind. I walked in extremely upset and left with a smile.Thanks Renee!

All I can say about both this Home Depot (as well as *all* Home Depots) is never again. Last year we bought three toilet seats - at $50 bucks a seat - to replace the old ones in the house which lasted 15 years. A year later, 2 are already broken and the third is just hanging on. Mind you, the seats they replaced lasted over fifteen years! Earlier this year, I ordered some clothes hangers from Home Depot online; they sent us a box full of old, rusted, twisted and bent hangers - for $30 bucks - which we promptly had to toss as they were completely unusable. To top it off, staff - at this location, anyhow - are snarky, surly and generally unhelpful. Who needs this kind of treatment? Who wants this kind of substandard merchandise? At premium prices, no less! I'm done with this company. NEXT!
