this location closes at 5pm. Bc close early my uhaul help movers wouldn't arrive before they close in time and I requested to have my ubox released to me and they refused due to some uhaul policy. They are my possessions. Doesn't make logical sense. Try to avoid storing your uboxes here you will have a hard time getting access due to their hours. There are half a dozen locations close by that staff open much later

If i could give a -5star i would. The story began when my sister moved from Virginia to California and she used the u-box services. These people (uhaul) never had time to do the delivery that she had to pay another company to have her ubox brought to her apartment. A few months later I had to move to California from Virginia and used the u-box services too. I recieved an email letting me know the ubox already arrived and that the ubox can be stored in their warehouse for the first month for free. This is why I took a week after this to find a place to live before I got my ubox delivered. I called the uhaul in Carmel Mountain where my ubox was every day and they never answered the phone! I had to go there and they told me the same thing they told my sister... they don't have any openings in their schedule to do the delivery so I decides to pay for one of their trucks $20 and $1.39 per mile knowing one of the conditions is to return the truck with at least 1/4 tank of gas. The truck they gave me was literally in empty with almost no gas. I had to drive extra miles in a different direction to find a gas station. After 2 days they charged my debit card with an extra $198 and another charge for $115. Knowing they never answered the phone i went to find out what were all those charges for and they didn't have any information in their system!!! They had no idea about the charges or why they charged my card. This was the worst experience in my life with UHAUL I will never use their services again.

Worst service ever! I have a reservation for 9am but they opened 9:20am and they charge me double with the truck i rented. Returned it 30mins. Before the time and the fuel is the same when we returned. But when i saw the reciept they charge me with the fuel, double with the insurance and they said that i returned it 1 hour and 15mins past the time. They charge me 48hrs. But we only have the truck for 5hrs. Or less. I Filed a complain but when im trying to check the ref# online it cant be found. People do not go to this store they will rob you. Plus the manager has an attitude! Uhaul should fire him.

Avoid at all possible no customer service under staff no one to help takes 15 too 20 minutes for someone to even know you are in there front office

Alittle slow on response from staff(waited around a while before anyone came to the office). Other than that it was clean, staff was very friendly and nice, specially when I had to make changes to the reservation.

Although the service personnel were top notch, the actual moving truck we rented had multiple issues. It had about 150k miles on it. First, the padlock on the back of the sliding rear door was so sticky that getting it unlocked was a chore. Very old? The rear door also repeatedly jammed itself open because the latch would get stuck on a small black bracket every time. The cab smelled so strong of cleaning chemicals that it gave me a bad headache after 5 minutes of exposure. Although I certainly understand and appreciate the need for sterilization, particularly in light of Covid-19, it would seem that some ventilation time might be a smart move before renting out the vehicle to unsuspecting customers who enjoy breathing. Last (and worst) was the vehicle alignment! The vehicle repeatedly lurched back-and-forth left to right and was virtually impossible to keep centered in the proper lane for any given amount of time, especially on the freeway. It reminded me very much of Mr. Toad's wild ride at Disneyland. So again, the personnel were great. The vehicle was a joke. Thanks for listening.

had a good experience here. booked a uhaul, got the truck, did my thing and brought it back. i didn't use a few of the items i rented, but sam made sure it was taken care of for me. shoutout to her!
