Excellent customer service! Was looking for a nut for an typical sized bolt (or so i thought), and in seconds they found the right nut and washer. Spent too much time at HomeDepot and Lowes (which neither had the right size).

Staff was friendly and found the metric bolt that I needed I went to several stores and even ordered off of Amazon but was sent the wrong size :(. I visited several other fastener place some had 100 quantity minimum. Others had to order from LA and was quoted $25 for a box. United had the size I needed and the price was awesome.50 each so 10 bolts for about $5 buck.

Went to three places looking for an M5 nut size all places not in stock, and was turned away from one site due to not spending a $100 minimum. I called and spoke to Tom who was able to help me out and also provided additional size to ensure.
