I happily purchased a racket after the demo program. They have a wide variety of rackets for demo, especially compared to other tennis shops in the city, and the owner is super kind, helpful and knowledgeable.

Terrible service, we went to purchase a racket and the owner sold us a new one and said it was in good shape. It turns out that the strings were poorly made, poor tensioning. It was impossible to play with the racket. We returned to the shop to ask for support and the owner told us to play until it breaks and afterwards we should pay for new stringa. Be careful in this shop!

Gordon helped me and my son find perfect racquets. He patiently guided us through a demo process, listened to my feedback after each demo, suggested alternatives, and helped me think through the process. I ended up with a racquet I absolutely love and play really well with. Gordon is friendly, knowledgeable, patient. Has a great collection of racquets snd shoes and is the best stringer in town. Highly recommend!

I asked for a larger size of K-SWISS shoes, which are not available in Japan yet. The store clerk was incredibly kind (from a Japanese perspective), which is unimaginable in America, and he was quick to check inventory.

Wonderful shop. Owner is knowledgable and shares his insight freely, regardless of skill-level. True ambassador for the sport. Best stringer in SF-- perfect execution, 24hr turnaround, and was kind enough to accommodate a rush job so it would be ready before my lesson. Skip the big box store and stop by this cozy neighborhood store.

Nice little shop, great selection, and the guy I met there was helpful and kind. I needed some new grips, and this place had a bunch of colors, a bunch of which I hadn't seen before. I went back to get my racket restrung recently, and the price and turnaround was great! I have nothing negative to say.

This is the best place for buying racquets. They have a rental program where you can try out two racquets at a time for five weeks. I tried 10 racquets before finding one that suited me. Gordon is super friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible. Highly recommend.
