My fiance and I cannot say enough positive things about our experience in working with Melissa to purchase our home. She is patient, responsive, and always on top of things. As first time homebuyers, we were overwhelmed with the whole process, but we felt very comfortable knowing that we could ask Melissa any and all questions from beginning to end, including the mortgage preapproval process. She was a lifesaver. Melissa also respected our budget and understood what we wanted in a home, so we never felt pressured to consider a home that we knew wouldn't work for us. We especially appreciated how patient she was in going over those substantial disclosure packets by answering questions and pointing out items she thought was useful for us to know (and which we did find helpful). While in contract, Melissa always kept us apprised of next steps. Thank you for all your hard work and patience, Melissa!

Michael Clark helped my family and I with a lease of a 3 bedroom home in the San Francisco and it was an absolute great experience! He was able to help us find something in our budget and with a tight schedule. Super helpful, great listener and was a superb person to work with.
